Our home away from home in the heart of Saugatuck! Enjoy hassle free parking as you are within walking distance to most shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions. We sought to equip our home to anticipate your needs during your stay. This Condo makes for a perfect family or friends getaway!
INSIDE THE HOME Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom townhome. Ground-level features a bedroom with a full bath down the hall, and access to the garage. On the second level will give you the open concept feel, you will find a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that provides seating for eight, and the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony, one off of the kitchen and the other off of the living room. Go up another level and you find two bedrooms with two full baths attached.

RENTING MORE THAN 1 UNIT Are you a larger group looking to stay downtown Saugatuck? Look no further. We manage three townhomes within this downtown complex. Water Street Retreat and Butler Street Retreat are intended to be rented separately but is located in the same condo complex. Butler Street Retreat is unit #13 so only a few door down, Water Street Retreat is located on the Water Street Retreat is located on the opposite side of the parking lot and is unit #5.

Great spot in the ideal location
If you’re looking for a quiet getaway that’s still close to shops, restaurants, and the water, this is the perfect spot. The space is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the clear communication and the detailed guide to local favorites—it made getting around so easy. The grocery store and key recommendations were especially helpful. I’d absolutely recommend this property to anyone!
