Staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. When we checked in, we were greeted at their restaurant with fruit drinks as they checked if our room was ready. The beach front has such beautiful turquoise water, but beware of the tide. The grounds are so beautiful. There were lots of steps to get up to our room, but we didn’t mind since the view was amazing from up higher. Our room had a screen door that we used to listen to the sea in the night, as mosquitoes come out after 4pm. The location along sunrise beach is quieter than the loud restaurants in Pattaya beach. We stayed on both beaches. Would love to extend our stay here, highly recommend it!

10 moons is fantastic. The hotel picked us up at the ferry drop off by long tail boat and took us directly to the hotel. The food is amazing and priced similarly to what I purchased on the island. The staff are absolutely top notch, they know your name and what you typically order and basically have it waiting for you at breakfast time. Snorkeling and kayaking is great right off of their beautiful beach. It rained hard every day we were there so we didn’t have a lot of opportunities to try the island activities but we enjoyed resting and reading. The owner’s Jose and Pen are really delightful. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly and we look forward to a return in the future!

The water in the small private beach is calm and the sand on the beach and in the water there softer than other areas on the island, lots of fish close to the shore, even some shade over part of the beach and water in the afternoon. The ocean views from the cabin are amazing - you can see the ocean from bed. The staircases to the cabins are so clean and smooth, when it’s not too hot, you can go barefoot. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The back entrance gives quick access to the walking streets that have food, restaurants, souvenirs, tour operators and 7-11. Koh Lipe is a small island - anyone going to it should have the mobility to get in and out of a speedboat & longboat easily, & navigate many stairs and uneven surfaces.

We stayed at this resort 2/2025. The staff were so helpful and absolutely amazing. The property is very well taken care of. It is close to the main walking street and it is very accessible. They have a restaurant located on the property which was convenient and the food was great. We would absolutely come back to this resort!

Beautiful place. Built on a hillside.

We have just stayed at 10 Moons for a couple of nights in a Grandview room. They do indeed have a view! We overlooked the other rooftops and could see the aqua water and Usen island. The room had everything we needed and was spotless. However for me, the bed was a little too firm. I did ask for another mattress topper but in the end I used a quilt cover which was stored in the wardrobe! The room had both a fan and air con, but it never got that cold despite being on a low temp. We had a fridge with eco refillable water, personal in room Wi-Fi which was great and beach towels provided from reception. The staff were lovely and helped with taxis whenever we needed. This was done through what’s app. The reason this was great done via what’s app is because of the stairs. 10 Moons starts off high…….you need a motorbike taxi unless you like walking uphill. At the entrance you realise 10 Moons is built into the hillside (the reason for the great views!) Reception, breakfast, restaurant and beach are all on the lowest level. So please consider this if you are of poor mobility. For us it was fine, we just took our time going up and down and used what’s app to communicate so we didn’t have to go down to ask something! The breakfasts are lovely and they have a happy hour for cocktails! The main reason we loved 10Moons was the beach. It is set on the most pretty tucked away cove. Best beach by far. Lovely resort.

Magical place

Probably one of our favourite hotels on our round the world trip. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They were waiting to pick us up from our ferry even though we didn’t tell them which one we were on, they then give you a free lift around to the hotel on a long tail boat. You’re right on the beach for sunbathing and snorkelling (free snorkels to borrow). The rooms are perfect and the views amazing. We had one of the highest rooms up the hill which gave us the best views. They provide free filtered drinking water in the room, no plastic bottles! Included breakfast was good, order as much as you like. Other food was delicious as well.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at 10 moons. The staff is lovely and so helpfulI. It definitely gives chill, beach vibes. The private beach was just as pictured and so beautiful. The food was good, and breakfast offered a little bit of everything. I loved my standard room and view was lovely to wake up to. Bathrooms a bit dated but fit for a relaxed beach vacay. Only downside is that rooms are built on a steep hill, tons of stairs! They of course help you with bags but something to consider. I hope to return someday, such a memorable experience!

This is a hidden paradise. The only downside is the nearest airport is Hat Yai and it takes a 1.5 hour taxi ride and a 1.5 hour boat ride to get there. Other than that, its unbelievable and a hidden gem.

Perfect spot on Koh Lipe

We loved 10 Moons Lipe Resort. It was in a perfect spot on the island for snorkeling and protected swimming. The staff was lovely and kind and helpful. Our accommodations were extremely comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on Koh Lipe.

We are in difficult times and we arrived a couple of weeks after re-opening. There were a few problems with the rooms but they were sorted out rapidly by the staff. We were not informed of a 10 am check-out rule but again the staff acomodated us as much as possible. The place is superb. Will co back

We absolutely loved this little paradise, beautiful balinese style garden and decoration, room is very clean and cosy, with stunning view on the resort and sea. The staff (Jose the manager and his team) is among the best, most genuine people I've ever met, they provide high quality of service, very welcoming and caring. Perfect location with resort's private and well preserved beach.
