**BEDBUG WARNING**Everything in listing was promising. However, most important thing to mention was that my family found a bedbug and the issue wasn’t taken seriously for my family or for anyone else who books this listing in the future. The host knew how the system worked to where no consequences would be faced by her and so we wouldn’t notify vrbo. She informed me that the exterminator would be coming two days after our stay ended and I would get a full report back. The day the exterminator was supposed to come she reached out via text with no documentation and then she called me quickly after to continue to lie about not having a professional exterminator inspect the trailer because the “housekeeper” didn’t see them when I asked for phone number of the company she used. Little research shows you can get a free estimate. Why you wouldn’t do that is crazy to me. In every corner you would see an odor or bug control container as well. By the end of the call she made it clear she was already frustrated by having to move the other storage trailer from under the carport for us so my husband could protect/park his boat under it. This was a big reason we chose this listing to begin with. She raised her voice, told me there was nothing she could do, and hung up on me. Do what you want with the information but this host will continue to do business (however much she gets if much) as usual. I felt this was the most I could do to protect others since the host isn’t.
