Renovated with high-quality materials, the accommodation has been completely refurbished. It benefits from excellent insulation, making it comfortable in both summer and winter. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove, with wood supplied on-site. We offer flexible pricing to allow both large groups and smaller parties to enjoy our gîte. For bookings with fewer than 8 people, the rate includes reduced access to the gîte: the "attic" space will not be accessible. This configuration is optimized to offer you a pleasant stay at an adjusted price. Should you desire more comfort and access to the "attic" space, an additional charge will apply. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your specific needs; we'd be delighted to propose a tailor-made solution! The gîte is fully independent, with private parking nearby. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans le magnifique domaine de Sophie et Adrien à l'occasion de notre réunion familiale annulle (8 adultes et un enfant).Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. La maison est parfaite pour une grande famille avec ses 3 chambres et son grenier aménagé avec 4 couchages et son coin à jouets qui a fait le bonheur de notre petite-fille de 5 ans.La pièce à vivre est immense avec une très grande table et son poêle à bois que nous avons bien apprécié. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour.Dès notre arrivée, Sophie nous a fait visiter une partie de leur immense domaine. Nous avons fait connaissance avec les ânes, les moutons, les brebis et leurs petits, les chèvres et le poulailler où notre petite-fille a pris plaisir à ramasser quelques œufs. Le domaine se situe sur une colline et bénéficie d'un panorama exceptionnel sur les montagnes enneigées des Alpes. Nous sommes allés au marché d'Annonay et avons déambulé dans les petites rues de cette intéressante cité médiévale. De nombreuses randonnées et découvertes du patrimoine de cette belle région sont possibles mais que nous n'avons pu faire par manque de temps.Un très grand merci à Sophie et Adrien pour leur hospitalité. Nous reviendrons peut-être une autre fois. Nous recommandons vivement cette belle adresse. Allez-y sans hésiter. Vous ne regretterez pas ce choix !

Gîte très agréable et spacieux pour les grands groupes, les enfants ont adoré les rencontres avec les animaux et jouer dans le grenier. Très bien équipé (grand frigo, beaucoup de vaisselle et plats, lave vaisselle impeccable), et sécurisé pour les petits.
