We arrived as a family of four. The hotel itself, buildings and grounds are well kept and looks recently updated. Our room was nice and met our needs well. My only issues were that the the food menu was limited and not suited to kids, we were also unable to get any refreshments in the day and after 9pm. There was also no milk in the room to accompany the coffee and tea. The hotel has two pools however the water in the outside pool looked mucky. Overall it was a nice hotel with grounds however lacked any vibe and the facilities to obtain refreshments

ArrivĂ©e en fin d’aprĂšs-midi
 une seule jeune femme adorable se dĂ©mĂšne entre un groupe en sĂ©minaire et un groupe de nombreux cyclistes qui squattent le comptoir
 elle doit ĂȘtre partout et de fait nulle part ! Totalement dĂ©bordĂ©e malgrĂ© sa bonne volonté  La chambre qui m’est attribuĂ©e est sous les combles, pas vraiment rĂ©novĂ©e avec le style du domaine. Pas de clim dans l’hĂŽtel et la chaleur doit ĂȘtre de 35 degrĂ©s dans la chambre (42 Ă  l’extĂ©rieur en journĂ©e canicule rouge). Autant dire qu’il est impossible de sĂ©journer ne serait ce qu’une nuit ! Je demande Ă  changer de chambre et on me propose une nouvelle chambre au mĂȘme prix, rĂ©novĂ©e cette fois, mais sans clim et bien entendu avec une chaleur Ă©touffante
 je prends la chambre
 je serais obligĂ© de dormir la nuit avec la fenĂȘtre ouverte, ce qui en soit n’est pas un problĂšme si je n’avais pas du conjuguer avec le groupe en sĂ©minaire qui a chantĂ©, « fait du bruit jusqu’à une heure non raisonnable
 la nuit fut Ă©galement blanche pour moi comme dans doute pour eux 
 comment dans un domaine aussi vaste, ne peut on pas sĂ©parer un sĂ©minaire, d’autres personnes qui aspirent Ă  se reposer uniquement ? Quand au petit dĂ©jeuner
 une machine Ă  cafĂ© pour tous
 trĂšs nombreux ! Une organisation et des rĂšgles sanitaires qui laissent Ă  dĂ©sirer 
 J’ai fait le tour des 5 continents, l’ArdĂšche est pour moi une rĂ©gion de coeur Ă  laquelle je suis fidĂšlement attachĂ© et j’ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu de cette expĂ©rience bien dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Souhaitons une amĂ©liorati

Certaines chambres du 1r etage ont une vue sur un mur. Nous en avions une au 2eme, c'etait tres bien. Il existe également des appartements pour les familles. Une piscine intérieure et une exterieure. Petit dejeuner moyen.

Nous sommes descendus dans le Sud, pour 3 jours, comme le temps n’était pas au RDV, nous avons Ă©courtĂ© notre sĂ©jour pour passer une nuit au domaine en ArdĂšche, nous avions pris cela pour que nos filles puissent profiter de la piscine. Mais Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, on nous a indiquĂ© que la piscine n’était pas chauffĂ©e, qu’il y avait un problĂšme et Le lendemain cela devait ĂȘtre rĂ©parer. le lendemain une employĂ©e nous a indiquĂ© qu’il s’agissait enfaite d’une ouverture de fenĂȘtre ouverte trop longtemps qui avait refroidi la piscine et qu’il fallait du temps pour rĂ©chauffer. Et le lendemain, elle Ă©tait un peu plus chaude mais assez pour que nos filles en profitent, Nous n’avions pas pu profiter de cette piscine raison principale pour notre venue dans cet Ă©tablissement. Rien ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© pour compenser ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. C’est dommage car il s’agit d’un beau domaine, et cela aurait pu ĂȘtre une belle expĂ©rience.
