There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

Overall the place was nice. It was a little banged up in places (nicks on the tables, unbalanced table on patio), had really weak water pressure in the bathrooms, and the kitchen functionality was not great (one bowl? Mismatched wine glasses? Silverware seemed really cheap), but otherwise it hit the mark. Beachfront location was great!

This was our 4th trip to Paradise Beach Club and it did not disappoint! The property and unit are well maintained, the pool and beach are perfect, and the area is not full of tourists or crowds. We enjoyed watching pelicans dive for fish from the balcony, unique Air Force planes take flight, and even a rocket launch from right on the beach! We would hands down recommend staying at this property.

Condo bedroom was not cleaned prior to arrival

Good location and well stocked with necessities. However when we arrived, the master bed room bed sheets were filthy and full of stains and sand. Clearly not cleaned for a while. The living room chair was also stained. Upstairs air temp was about 10 deg F hotter than downstairs and never cooled off.The towels bathrooms and kitchen were good.We washed up the sheets and left the place cleaner than we found it.

Perfect Getaway

When we first walked thru the door, we were immediately amazed on how beautiful the condo was. The view was amazing and we could hear the waves crashing all day and night. I never slept so good away from home until here. Location was close to everything including a walkway directly to the beach. We highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Nice beachfront space

This unit was plenty big for our family of 4. It was generally well-stocked, with most of the things we needed, and several "extra" things that were very appreciated, including, but not limited to: bedding, towels, beach towels, coffee maker, dehumidifier, wakeboards/ boogie boards, beach chairs, and plenty of outlets/USB plugs. The bedrooms share a bathroom on the 2nd floor, there is not a dedicated master bath. There were a few cleaning issues, surfaces seemed to remain grimy even after vacuuming/ wiping down; possibly some mildew in the downstairs shower. Water temperature and pressure were fine. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Satellite Beach vacation

Overall our vacation was very good and timely for us. The view of the beach was awesome and the location also worked very well for us. No hair dryer when we arrived but we called management and got one promptly. We had a problem with the internet and were not able to attend a zoom meeting. The tv in the second bedroom did not work well. The furniture was of mediocre quality but the mattress was excellent in the main bedroom. We had a good stay.

Beautiful view of ocean from downstairs! Great swimming pool at ocean’s edge! Nice place but not fancy. Stairs gross and are a safety concern. Upstairs window needs replacing so that you can see through it.

Nice apt which is a little dated. Clean and comphy master bed. Carpet is on inside stairs and needs to be replaced or removed. Very convenient to grocery store. Building is a little strange set up with single floor apt below a town house style upper.

We were relocating to Florida and had 2 dogs with us ,so happy to have found a great place to stay .the ocean views were gorgeous and the pool was nice. Seems to be a well managed and maintained property, pool was clean and popular. Window washing crew and a grounds maintenance crew were working during our trip. Our unit, #229, had a very nice view from the balcony and master bedroom. This property is mostly rental units so people moving in and out frequently. Our unit showed some normal wear and tear, nothing too serious. We would rent again on our next trip to Satellite Beach.

Beautiful view, but condo needs updating

The condo was in a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean, easy walking access to Publix and Duncan Donuts. However, the condo is in need of updating. There is a rip in the carpet at the top.of the steps, which could be dangerous if someone got caught in it. The mattresses were not comfortable in either room. The bathroom sinks are in dire need if updating. The access box light doesn't work. So when we entered our code, the door didnt open. We tried several times. I thought I had the wrong code. A nice neighbor told us to lift the handle up rather than down. I think the door is warped, because we had problems exiting too. However. I really loved the location and would like to stay again, if there were other units that were more updated. Drew was propmt and great to work with.
