The Space:

⚠️ Important Notice – HVAC System Offline (Feb 12 – Mar 9) ⚠️

Please be advised that due to ongoing geothermal system repairs at Sandpiper Towers, the HVAC (heating and cooling) systems in all units will be offline from February 12th through March 9th, 2026.

Guests will not have access to heating or air conditioning during this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as necessary maintenance is completed to improve the property.

For safety reasons, unit breakers connected to HVAC systems have been turned off. If you are staying during this time, please ensure your thermostat remains in the OFF position.

By booking this unit, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.



Other Things to Note:

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: The trash room is located on the ground floor. Please ensure that all trash bags are sealed before disposal.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
