Welcome to Sassnitz, a city in a unique location and maritime flair.  Our house is about 60 square meters and has two comfortable living, bedrooms, kitchen, shower / WC. The seating area in front of the house invites you to relax in sunny weather and grilling.  A parking space is located directly at the house .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten are nearby.  Sassnitz is an ideal starting point for hikes u. Biking in the Jasmund National Park. Tourist tax is customary to pay.    

House:
The cottage is located separately on the property. It has a size of 60 square meters and is at ground level. 2 comb. Living / sleeping rooms with double beds and sitting area, TV, radio, 1 shower / WC and a kitchen.  The holiday house is suitable for max. 4 people.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Familie Beutel empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt und liegt eigentlich sehr zentral, denn mit dem Auto kam man von dort überhall hin. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Alles ist sauber. Preisleistung top. Sehr ruhig und man konnte mal so richtig ausschlafen, sogar die Kids :-) Familie Beutel ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder in Sassnitz Urlaub machen dann wieder in dieser Unterkunft. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fünf Sterne Extra

Ideal für Familie mit Kindern. Oder zu zweit.

Geräumiger Festbungalow. Hafen (attraktiv) zu Fuß zu erreichen, jedoch weit. Bushaltestelle aber unweit vom Objekt. Nette unkomplizierte Vermieter. Gerne wieder.
