Had to be at the airport early and took a chance on a near the airport hotel. Free breakfast came with the room but it wasn't served prior to our departure so we missed out on that. Location is close to Tims so that was a nice option. Hotel shuttle is actually a taxi but it was nice of the hotel to make those arrangements so we didn't have to worry. Rooms are clean and have your needs met. Hotel staff were very nice.
This hotel is so super clean, newly renovated and the service was awesome! The continental breakfast was best I've seen in a while! The ladies taking care of it even came up and asked us ' how was everything?'!! So friendly. Coffee and hot water station always stocked. Plus a single serve keurig machine in the room was a nice touch! Great location too. We Wd definitely stay here again!
This is the second time we've stayed here and once again glad we did. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The beds are very comfy. Bathroom was a bit small. The staff at the continental breakfast were very polite and helpful.
This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The check in was easy and the front desk staff was fantastic. Bathroom is a little outdated but again very clean. This is a large hotel attach to a restaurant but offers a morning breakfast which is adequate and the coffee was great. Price is reasonable and on the main floor has 2 entrances so parking outside the room is appreciated. We will definitely stay again.
Very clean and the rooms are very comfortable .Nice hot breakfast and a reasonable price for the room.The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and also the rest of the staff.Good restaurant and bar on site.
Spent the night here after flying in from Halifax for the night and getting some sleep before a 4 day drive back home. Beds were super comfortable, and breakfast buffet was just what we needed before hitting the road. Never noticed any sounds from other rooms which was good. Main reason for this review is that I left my iPad in the room. Everyone told me that I would be lucky to get anything back from a hotel I called and left a message but then was in States with no cell service. Mackie got back to me, so once back in Canada called and spoke with Betty who arranged the shipping of my iPad back home. I have also sent a thank you letter and gift to the Housekeeping staff member who turned in my iPad. This honesty made a big impact on my stay in this hotel, and I recommend it to everyone. EXCELLENT in every aspect - very clean, exceptionally comfortable and quiet double-queen room. The staff was cheerful, polite and efficient. The included breakfast was excellent with ample staff on hand, cheerful and very willing to assist. The three-minute waffle maker made golden gourmet waffles consistently. The scrambled eggs were real eggs, fresh and cooked to perfection. The food selection was ample. The hotel location was excellent. CAUTION - when PARKING in DOWNTOWN Saskatoon be certain to use the system as the City meter parking system signage is defective, likely intentional. The parking system is new, complicated and unfamiliar to most and from the high rate of parking tickets issued it is a major revenue-stream for the city.
Room was very modern and comfortable! Bed was super comfortable and room was very spacious! The staff was fast friendly and courteous! We had two dogs with us and they even gave us two goodie bags for our dogs when we checked in. I really liked how our room had its own entrance straight to parking lot or a separate one into the hotel. Made parking and unloading easy! Would def stay here again!
I was awoken at 7:30am by vacuuming right outside my room. I called the desk to inform them (thinking this MUST be a mistake) But no: they actually vacuum outside sleeping guests rooms at 7:30. I didn't even get an apology. I got dressed and headed down to the front desk, curious to see who had been so dismissive with me (she gave me a weak "I'm sorry" because I was angry, but refused to admit that vacuuming outside a sleeping person's room might be a stupid idea). I asked to speak with the manager and was informed that she wouldn't be in for another 2 days and that there was no one else for me to speak to. Since I couldn't see myself getting back to sleep, I went to have some breakfast (quite decent for a hotel of this type, and the woman running it was extremely pleasant and clearly took pride in her job...hope that isn't grounds for dismissal here!) As I was ate, the front desk person came in and told me that they could give me $15 off of my room and handed me a card with a customer service # on it (1 800 300 8800). My Spidy senses told me that calling CS would be a hollow gesture and only frustrate me more, and 33 minutes later I was indeed more frustrated. Frustrated enough to start a Trip Advisor account and write this review!
We were impressed with the upgrades since the last time we stayed here. Nice, clean and modern. The price is very good for Saskatoon. Restaurant, lounge and beer store located in the same building. Parking easy and free. Will be staying here again for sure.
