Relax in this renovated space located near parks, shops and restaurants. Close to University of Saskatchewan, Royal University Hospital, and the children's hospital. Only a few minutes away from two outdoor pools (Lethay and George Ward) for those hot summer days. Location is also easily accessible and near Broadway and Downtown. In addition this space has a large fully fenced outdoor space for running around all year long. Pet friendly for your four legged friend. We are also family friendly when traveling with little one’s and have equipment ready upon request to make it easier for you and your family.
Guest will have access to the whole upper level of the Bungalow. Front door has a keypad for easy check-in

This place is small, cosy and centrally located in the top floor of a house with other tenants living in the suite below. The floors are quite thin, and in our experience the tenants kept odd hours, gaming and having loud conversations at 2 and 3 in the morning and the dog next door barked and barked throughout out the day everyday. Not a big deal if you’re not there very much I suppose but we were trying to rest a little.

The property is lovely and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood . Host is responsive and answers questions very quickly. Lots of parking, central to amenities. Great patio/backyard area. For those scent sensitive, the bedding and towels are quite strongly scented. Master bed was only concern (hard with dip in middle)- other two beds very comfortable. This was a great fit for us and what we were looking for.

The home was well equipped, it was nice that there was a rocking chair and kids plates/utensils. I was disappointed that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and that we had to request access to the laundry (even though it’s in the listing). If I’m expected to strip beds and take out the garbage when I leave, I expect the floors to be washed before I arrive.

Long Weekend with Friends

We were in town for a competition amd decided to rent this house rather than a hotel and itnwas an excellent decision. The place is exactly as advertised, cozy but large enough for two couples and our daughters (sthletes) it had everything we needed for the long weekend and would definatley stay again if we are ever in Saskatoon again. Host was very responsive and helpfuk.

Perfect Stay

Rental was exactly like in photos-beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping and short drive to RUH. Well equipped with lots of dishes /pots/pans with modern appliances. Furniture and beds were super comfortable- wonderful home away from home. Will definitely stay again.
