The hotel has a side gate where you can access Huis Ten Bosch if you already bought your tickets. A estimated 10 min scenic stroll from train station. The breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were attentive. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and we had a nice side view of the park.

The only issue was immediately following the booking of our reservation, we received an email from the hotel stating that renovation was going on and the view from our room would be blocked due to the scaffolding. ハウステンボスに行く時にはいつも利用しています。ホテルから直接行けて便利です。1階に売店、ハウステンボスの出口にローソンがあります。 1階大浴場の使用済みタオル入れが中になくて出入り口を出たところにあります。入る時にそこにあると意識していないので、皆さん(私も含め)迷いました。浴場タオルのように案内文があると助かります。

車寄せに止めて荷物を下ろしていたが、後で来た客には台車を持って来て荷物を運んでいたが、こちらには挨拶も一切なく対応に疑問があった。またチェックインの際はフロントが空いているにも関わらず自動チェックイン機で対応され風呂、朝食会場等の説明は一切なかった。 ホテル自体はハウステンボスのすぐ近くで部屋も広く良いと思ったが、スタートの対応で少し不満が残った。普段はあまり気にしないのですが日航ホテルという事で期待し過ぎていたかも知れません。 部屋は綺麗で朝食も美味しく、総合的には良いホテルだと思います。
