The Breakfast the 2. Day was not good. It was not ready a 8, o’clock, så we had to wait 15 minutes. The sofa-bed was not made for adults-young, you could feel the iron beneath.

Our first impression of Le Village was very good- an out of town respite where we could relax around the pool. But in the evening, there was no water in the apartment. Later, cold water was available. No hot water for the rest of our stay. The only solution the staff suggested was for us to heat up a pan of water that 4 of us should use. We could not take showers or clean up. This is a totally unacceptable response by management. Our family enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but the lack of hot water and the lack of an acceptable solution from management ruined our stay. We would not recommend.

Das Konzept der Anlage ist an sich gut: Man bekommt eine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Pool, Garten und Frühstück. Die Anlage scheint leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Zimmertüren klemmten zum Beispiel etwas und aus dem Parkplatzpflaster spross schon das Unkraut. Man sparte in der Ferienwohnung an Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, Reise- und Badutensilien (z.B. Toilettenpapierhalter). Ein paar Regale mehr im Schrank und an den Wänden hätten nicht geschadet. Die vorhandenen IKEA- Möbel zeigten erste Abnutzungserscheinungen und waren entsprechend mäßig bequem. Das Frühstück war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, der Feinschmecker wäre jedoch nicht glücklich geworden. Die Rezeption war nur ab Nachmittag besetzt, eine Telefonnummer bei Fragen außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten gab es aber. Online Check-in, unpersönliches Check-out sowie die zeitlich beschränkte Ansprechmöglichkeit an der Rezeption war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, da wir einfach gerne vor Ort mit Menschen wichtige Dinge regeln. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich dennoch das überaus freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Für uns waren die Umstände in Ordnung, da wir die meiste Zeit eh unterwegs waren und uns eine günstig gelegene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sowie ein sauberer Pool zum Tagesausklang das wichtigste waren.

Leider war die Unterkunft beim Check-In um 15:30 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt, es gab wohl Probleme mit der Reinigungskraft an dem Tag. Ansonsten etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht war es ok.
