The Excellent staff, very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Also, excellent breakfast. The only negative thing was that the room did not have air conditioning, which did not allow for a pleasant sleep.

Surprise slice of paradise

We stayed at this wonderful Casale for only two nights and wished it could have been more. It has everything I want in an accommodation for traveling in Italy during the heat of August. Great air conditioning Very comfortable bed Large and clean swimming pool with plenty of seating Quiet Breakfast with good coffee and food selection Our one BR apartment had a small kitchen Daily maid service Restaurant and bar on premises Very friendly and helpful staff And, the town of Sarzana was a surprise and delight! Who could ask for more? Highly recommend!

Place very clean and great shower. Delicious croissants! First night when checking in the man spoke as much English as I do Italian! He was very helpful in trying to give us directions to a restaurant, but after driving for over an hour in various directions, and with gps, gave up. Did finally find a nice place tucked behind a Superfood in a little hotel. Do have to carry luggage up stairs. Very pretty setting tucked off road, not easy to find without gps or specific directions. GPS got us here no problem

Salle de bain à refaire. CHasse d’eau qui fuit ( bruit toute la nuit ) ventilation de salle de bain très datée et bruyante! Coin cuisine à refaire! Bloc de glace dans le frigo , plus de porte au freezer Plaque électrique double datant d’un autre monde , pas de four ni mini four ni micro ondes…. Les personnes dormant au salon doivent traverser la chambre pour accéder aux sanitaires… Vraiment pas top ! Et le train passe juste à côté…..

Leider haben wir eine andere, kleinere und weniger komfortable Wohnung bekommen als die, die wir gebucht haben. Die Rezeption reagierte mit Ausflüchten, nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Die 50€ Ermäßigung haben daran leider nicht viel geändert. Sehr altes Bad, komplett verkalkt. Frühstück leider sehr einseitig.
