In the heart of Tizzano marina , two steps from the sea on a 1800 square meters land covered with local vegetation and entirely stone walled, a big house divided in two parts ( one of 75 and the other of 50 sq.) , to be rented by the same family wishing to spend holidays together keeping some autonomy.
POSSIBILITY during the low season to rent one part of the house only (75sq) , the second remaining in that case non occupied.
The first price mentioned on our planning refers to one part of the house only (75sq) , the second price refers to both.

4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms with toilets , one kitchen and one outside kitchen , two solar showers , two terraces with a sea view and view towards the genoise castle.

A wonderful stay in Tizzano

This very well appointed property in Tizzano was idea for a group having the two houses on site. Each house was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The position was perfect across the road fom the beach near the shop and restaurants. Arina was the perfect host and very helpful. I definately would like to return to this property another year. Séjour idéal

Nous étions huit amis, et nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié la location. Nous avons pu faire du paddle, du VTT, de la randonnée, de la plongée en partant directement de la maison. Le jardin est très agréable et une des terrasses à une très belle vue sur la mer. Les cuisines sont fonctionnelles et bien équipées. L’accueil de Jenny a été très agréable, et nous avons eu des réponses rapides à toutes nos demandes. Je recommande cette location sans réserve et j’espère pouvoir y retourner.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft!

Diese schöne Unterkunft ist ein Geheimtipp! Ein Unterkunft mit einem schönen Garten, 2 Terrassen, viele Räumlichkeiten um sich zurück zuziehen, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt eine gut - ausgestattete Küche. Das Meer ist nah, die Umgebung lädt ein zum Spazieren. Und last but not least , die Arina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sie gibt Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr begeistert und möchten gern noch mal wieder kommen!

La villa mon caprice est très bien située et calme. Les bords de mer sont très beaux, on peut se baigner juste en face dans la crique, et aussi à la plage à 5 minutes à pied. Les 2 maisons auraient besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation et d'aménagement un peu plus moderne et pratique, mais c'était quand même très bien.

Les maisons sont vraiment agréables très bien situées c est vraiment magnifique c était confortable pour 10 pour les repas c est plus pratique dehors quand meme nous étions une grande tablé ... La nouvelle salle de bain du bas est plus spacieuse seul bémol il ne faut pas utiliser les 2douches du bas ou faire la vaisselle en meme temps sinon il y en a un qui prend une douche froide... C est juste une question d organisation ... Le jardin est clos c est très bien pour les enfants ca leur fait un grand terrain de jeux avec des cachettes partout. Les maisons sont propres sans être maniaque donc on y est a l aise on s y sent bien . Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles pour les préparatifs et les horaires d arrivée et de départ. Ils m ont donné plein de bonnes idées pour les activités alentours . Nous avons passés un très bon séjour et gardons leurs coordonnés pour une prochaine fois...

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans ce petit coin de paradis, où nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par la propriétaire, soucieuse de notre confort et faisant le maximum pour que notre séjour soit agréable. La location est conforme aux photos et très agréable, avec 2 maisons bien séparées ce qui permet d'être ensemble et indépendants à la fois. Super pour une grande famille comme nous (4 enfants de 6 à 16 ans), 2 couples avec ou sans enfants ou une bande de copains. Nous avons laissé nos ados de 16 et 14 ans dans une maison pendant que nous occupions l'autre avec nos 2 plus petites de 6 et 9 ans : à 6 nous étions au large avec 4 chambres et 3 SdB ainsi que 2 cuisines (intérieure en bas + extérieure en haut). La cuisine d'en bas est petite mais il ne manque rien, tout est en quantité suffisante et en bon état, ce qui est très rare dans une location! Les 3 terrasses permettent de varier les plaisirs : manger à l'ombre, à l'abri du vent, ou prendre le café (ou l'apéro) au soleil en bas, ou en haut, selon les heures...un vrai plaisir! Le jardin est très agréable aussi, à la fois sauvage et joliment agencé... et c'est une superbe aire de jeux, pleines de cachettes pour les enfants. La maison offre une magnifique vue sur la mer : des 2 chambres (du bas et du haut qui sont devant) on se lève et on se couche en regardant la mer, des 2 terrasses on profite aussi pleinement de la vue, bref du lever au coucher du soleil la vue est magnifique! On peut se baigner au pied de la maison, mais ce sont des rochers, sinon il y a une belle plage de sable à 3 min à pied, dans une crique. Tizzano est un tout petit village au bord de l'eau, éloigné des principales villes (Sartène-Propriano-Bonifacio), ce qui rallonge les trajets quand on veut visiter la région, faire de grosses courses (il y a un petit commerce tout près avec de très bons produits, mais il faut aller à Propriano ou à Pianotolli pour faire le plein quand on est nombreux)... mais c'est un endroit qui est resté préservé et magnifique!
