House of 215 m2, 6 bedrooms, suitable for 10/15 people maximum.

Each cottage has a courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

You have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows, among which you will find table tennis, swing, volleyball net, petanque, picnic table and pool (open in July and August ) that are shared with other lodgings.

During your stay, my team is available to provide you with ballad advice, outings, good gastronomic addresses, a pet-sitting service is possible depending on the period.

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we make sure by our management of green spaces to preserve the flora and fauna by keeping areas "refuges", practicing the late mowing and completely excluding chemical weed killers and other insecticides. Regarding cleaning products we are attentive to their composition.

La localisation du gîte est très bonne : sud Sarlat, proche vallées Dordogne et Vézère...L'environnement immédiat privé du gîte est parfait : Grand terrain avec chemins, belle piscine...le calme est appréciable.Le vaste gîte offre de nombreuses possibilités d'occupation. En revanche plusieurs points sont à revoir quant-aux aménagements, vétustes et parfois inutilisables : porte de four, volets, bac frigo, lattes sommiers, frisette, déco, table de ping-pong à réformer, mais aussi sanitaires / WC insuffisant pour 15 personnes...Hormis ces points fâcheux et contrariant qui devraient se régler facilement, le bilan est largement positif.

Les : propre, très calme, à proximité de Sarlat, grand (très bien pour 10 personnes)Les - : trop cher au regard de la vétusté du bâtiment et des équipements, WiFi qui ne fonctionne pas, piscine non chauffée (contrairement à ce annoncé), pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres alors que moustiques nombreux, pas de bacs de compostage (alors que c'est obligatoire depuis 2024).Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis, et la région est très belle (très touristique...). Le gîte est certes pratique et bien situé, calme et fonctionnel, mais bien trop cher pour ce qu'il est : en mauvais état général.Enfin, le fait de ne pas rencontrer les propriétaires ou qui que ce soit nous a paru étrange (tout se fait par mail ou sms, les clés dans une boite à code...).

Logement est pratique et propre (bien placé). Mais il y a beaucoup d'insectes, fourmis chambre et cuisine, gros milles pattes côté salon en Bas... Plinthes et contours de fenêtres avec des espaces (d'où les fourmis passent). on en avait du coup dans les brioches pdj et nos sacs.

Maison spacieuse, à plusieurs niveaux où l'on peut être tous ensemble mais aussi profiter d'espaces à part. Très bon emplacement près des sites touristiques. Espaces communs (piscine, terrains...) Très agréable.

Propriété très agréable par sa situation pour des vacances en famille.Nos enfants et petits enfants ont appréciés la piscine. Les activités dans les environs sont très nombreuses, (patrimoine culturel,gastronomie,canoé cayak etc....) Sur le plan confort, la maison est un peu rustique, les literie ne sont pas de bonne qualité. Sinon pour le reste c'est fonctionnel
