"Sepia" is a charming 2-room terraced house of 25 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests, specifically 2 adults and 2 children. The vacation rental features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, arranged in a practical and beautifully furnished layout. The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, offering direct access to the patio and benefiting from a beautiful view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with 1 bunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, comfortably accommodating the full party. An open kitchen is integrated into the living space and comes fully equipped for everyday meal preparation. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

The living and dining area benefits from air conditioning as well as electric heating, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the seasons.
