Our large, recently completely renovated apartment (100m2) is located in a historic farm in the middle of the small village Nordheim near Sarnthein. The location offers wonderful opportunities for cycling and hiking tours, skiing and excursions to Bolzano and the surrounding area.
In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop with direct connection to Bolzano (20km), shopping in the village of Astfeld (10min walk) and in the capital Sarnthein (2km). Wheel or Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity of our farm. Ski resort Reinswald 8.5km.
Enjoy your stay with us and look forward to the following facilities, which leaves nothing to be desired:
• 2 double bedrooms
• 1 single room on request with cot
• 1 large bathroom with double sink, shower bath, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, washing machine
• 1 small bathroom with sink, shower cubicle, WC, hair dryer
• 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, soda stream, kettle, hand blender, pots and pans; corner seat made of real wood with space for up to 6 people;
• 1 large light-filled living room (skylight) with living area (bed function), wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Blu-Ray player, Sony Playstation 3)
• 1 sunny wooden balcony with seating
• in the warm season: beach chairs, umbrella, spacious bench under our shady walnut
