The pictures don't prepare you for how amazing this view is. We arrived after 6pm which in June is nightfall and had a moment that truly took our breadth away once we got out to the balcony the next morning. The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The condo is well equipped for making meals and grilling. Since some of the area beaches lack services would be nice to have additional beach chairs and a small cooler available but otherwise great location and well maintained rental.

beautiful view and great location

We were here for 4 nights and it is a very nice property. The view and outside area is the star of the place. We loved the location near Playa Hermosa restaurants and the Papagaya area.

Playa Hermosa and Mariners Pointe are my Favorite place!!

Wow - you cannot beat this amazing spacious condo for views and amenities. We savored every minute from sun up to sundown. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. Really loved the sectional.

spectacular view

we rented this condo for the view and it was as expected- spectacular! we just sit in the morning and just take it all in. the house is well build, well maintained and nicely decorated. the condo has all the amenities you might need. the a/c worked well in all the rooms. you needed this because it was really humid and hot outside.

So Relaxing

We loved staying at the Villa. Rebeca, the house manager, met us there and gave us a tour of the Villa and pool. She was great to work with. The rooms were comfortable and the balcony is the best feature. Many hours just sitting there enjoying the view. Highly recommend!

Spectacular view

Beautiful condo, fully stocked with everything you required. Quiet location with a truly wonderful view. Loved the pools. Great place to socialize and meet other neighbours. The house manager Rebeca was great, attentive to our needs and resolved any issues immediately. We would definitely rebook and stay at Villa Lorenzo again.

The property is as described on the listing is stunning views of Papagayo Peninsula! Some crisp clean extra blankets would have been great in the master bedroom but we would absolutely stay here or with Zindis group again!

A Dream Vacation!

I don't have enough good things to say about this property, we absolutely loved it! The view was stunning to wake up to every morning. The place was very spacious and all three bedrooms have their own bathroom. Marilyn at Zinidis Group was amazing to work with and we decided to stay and she helped us find other great properties. The pool is very close and we always had it to ourselves. You'll definitely need a car, the hike up is intense but it's a quick drive to all that you need. Our favourite restaurant was called Robertos, the food was amazing and it's an adorable beach front boutique hotel. Go down to the beach and ask around for Caesar. He took us on a boat trip for a day and we ate at his families house on the beach, the whole day was fantastic. Wishing you as amazing of a time as we had!

Unforgettable View

Villa Lorenzo was a great house. Playa Hermosa is a gorgeous, safe beach area with great restaurants. The hill up to the house is steep, but the view is spectacular.

Great Experience

This was a great VRBO! The view can’t be beat and the complex was very nice. We basically had the pool to ourselves the entire time. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend renting a car.

Million dollar view

As 3 couples, the condo was perfect. The view is “the best” most of us had ever seen with ocean and mountains and beach. Everything in the condo was of high quality, well stocked and worked well. It is 500m to the loveliest beach and a healthy 20 storey climb back up. The pool is around the corner of the next building over but not far and gets afternoon shade. Other than the price being raised after we booked, everything was excellent. Note: bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Villa Lorenzo

We had such an amazing trip visiting Playa Hermosa and staying at Villa Lorenzo. The condo has unbelievable views, and is so comfortable for a party of 5-6. It is a short hike to the beach and an easy drive to some delicious restaurants. Only an hour drive to Rincon de la Vieja National Park which had wonderful zip line, tubing, hike to waterfalls and hot springs. The pool at the complex is very nice and the condo has everything you will need. We hope to visit again!

Great Place to Stay

Laid back community with nearby access to national parks, waterfalls and wildlife. Yet the home offers all the modern conveniences. We hired a local fishing charter one day and the captain ended up coming over to the house and cooking the fish we caught -- costa rican style. Great experience.

We loved our stay in Playa Hermosa!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The patio was our favorite feature and we spent every morning enjoying our coffee and the gorgeous view out there. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants and the neighbors were great! The area was quiet and peaceful and very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and just as pictured. The Management team was very helpful. This was our second visit to Costa Rica, and our favorite place to stay so far. It is close to everything, but peaceful and quiet. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing Trip and Wonderdul Condo

We had a wonderful time on our second visit to paradise. The views from the condo are amazing, the people in the condo complex are wonderful to visit with and we can’t wait to come back. We would highly recommend the Mariner’s Point Villas/Condos to anyone looking for a relaxing laidback environment. We even enjoyed the occasional walk up and down “hell hill” as others have so appropriately named it. Condo D5 (Larry’s Place) is beautiful and well appointed. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and the balcony with the ocean views/breeze is worth every penny.... We will be back!!
