The villa features three beautifully decorated, expansive bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy for all guests.



Located in a very hilly area, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for convenient access and smooth travel.



Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Casa Miramar is just a five-minute drive from the stunning, secluded beaches of Playa la Penca, Playa Prieta, and Playa Pan de Azúcar (Sugar Beach), known for their white sands and breathtaking sunsets. Playa Potrero, with its calm, family-friendly waters, is also only a five-minute drive away. The nearby town of Potrero offers a variety of grocery stores, bars, and restaurants, along with accessible medical, dental, and pharmacy services.

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
