Casa la Vida Soñada “the dream life” is a beautiful home with 6000 sq feet of indoor/outdoor living area.

The covered entry leads to dramatic great room with fully equipped gourmet kitchen, opening to the private infinity edge pool with an amazing view of Coco Bay. Lounge on one of the many chaise lounges, revel in the pool, play on the outdoor pool table or enjoy the company of friends at the swim-up pool bar.

This five-bedroom, six-bathroom home features a stunning array of indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Four of the bedrooms feature king beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, large patios, and incredible ocean views. The fifth bedroom is a kid nook, with air conditioning, triple bunk-bed and futon. There is an additional queen murphy bed located in the great room. Accommodation for up to 10 adults and 2 children.
Next to the pool you can grill your catch of the day in the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a dip in the pool or dine in the open-air gazing on the fabulous sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

We stayed at this property for a week and the stay was absolutely a pleasure. Its a fairly new property in a secured community very close to Coco beach. Jennifer who is the property manager was super helpful in providing recommendations for activities and arranging transportation. Looking forward to visiting Costa Rica again

This House is Fantastic!!

This is a property that will not disappoint! Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures/video the management team is wonderful and if you’re looking for a chef then Chef Mario is who you should try his food is wonderful and he and his team are so pleasant. Amazing house with an even more amazing view.

Our family of 6 adults spent a week at this gorgeous house. It was everything the listing said and more. Spacious, well furnished and decorated rooms. Amazing views of the ocean and a fantastic pool to cool off in. Al and Tammy were great before and during check-in and Juan Carlos took great care of us for the rest of our stay. Beautiful property with amazing view

Our stay was great and communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. My only comment would be the golf carts were questionable, but the owner has nothing to do with that and it was my decision where to rent them from. Chef Marcus was there daily cooking some delicious food and the bartender stayed after to make daiquiris and frozen drinks that were excellent.

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed, beautiful views, conveniently located and everything came with detailed and great instructions; including how to book excursions near and far. Al, Francisco and Juan Carlos hooked us up with everything we could have desired with zero hassle and every activity was 5 Star. Adult long weekend getaway with 4 couples. View is as advertised, all master suites so no one got stuck with a bad room. Got to watch monkeys from the pool and 5-10 minutes from beach, fishing boats, grocery store. Opted to have the private chef, the food and drinks were well worth it. We will be back.

Our party of 9 adults really enjoyed our stay at Casa La Vida Sonada. The house is gorgeous and very well equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of room both inside and out to accommodate a large party. The views of Coco bay were breathtaking and the location was ideal for quiet relaxation, but only a short golf cart away to the beaches and restaurants. The property managers, Al and Tammy, were very helpful in making arrangement before our trip, and were also very responsive and helpful when we needed them during our trip. We would definitely go back.

Only Good Things

My husband and I have stayed in this area five times and explored a variety of rental locations at different price points, but this one is hands down the winner. It's not always easy to find a rental that lives up to its description, but this one exceeds expectations! The floor plan is thoughtfully laid out, each room is bright, clean, and comes with an en suite bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous, and they've equipped it with all the perfect amenities. We will definitely be back!

This property is amazing. My husband and I stayed with 2 other couples for the week. The pictures and description of the property are spot on except the view from the pool area is better than the pictures showed. The property has everything you need and more. The location is great as we rented side by sides so we could ride in to Coco to the beach, shop, and all of the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and have recommended the property to many already. Would love to go back!

Beautiful family vacation

We have been blessed to vacation in many places, and its rare to have a property exceed your expectations. The house is exactly as described - spacious, thoughtfully designed and well equipped with all that is needed to cook and entertain. The bedrooms provided an amazing view while ensuring privacy for all guests, and the comfort of the beds (often overlooked even in luxury properties) rivaled that of our one at home. Communication with Al, the property manager was easy and ensured that all our needs and questions were responded to promptly. He also provided excellent suggestions for tours and restaurants as well as local sites. We would highly recommend the home.
