Enjoy your vacation in this stunning two-floor beachfront home with a private pickleball court for your convenience, located in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste. This newly built property offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the pool terrace which will surprise you every day.
This newly built home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet, an in-suite bathroom and an ocean-view terrace, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, a closet and its own ocean-view terrace, the third bedroom has 2 full-size bunk beds and a closet, there is also an additional full bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cooking appliances a living room provides a comfortable sofa for relaxation next to an open terrace with a dining table which offers a perfect spot to enjoy meals while overlooking the beach. A laundry room is fully equipped with a laundry station (laundry machine and dryer) inside the home for your convenience.
Additionally, there is internet access in the entire home for all family members or friends to be connected anytime.
As a beachfront property, you will be just steps away from the beach ideal for relaxing days, also it is walking distance from town, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. The International Guanacaste Airport is about a 1-hour drive from the property and similar distance to other locations to explore.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your safety is our top priority. Please note, we have security cameras installed on the exterior of the property, monitoring only outdoor areas.
Camera locations: There is a doorbell camera at the main entrance gate and in the home entrance door, an additional camera monitoring outside the main gate. A camera is also positioned on the stairways and another is located at the opposite corner providing a view of the back of the property. The two front cameras are looking from the court to the gate and beach. These cameras are connected and actively recording any outdoor activity at all times. Additionally, a motion sensor with an audible beep is activated on the stairs.
LATE CHECK IN FEE: A $30 late check-in fee will be applied to guests arriving after 6 pm, a $50 late check-in fee will be applied after 9 pm in cash
