There is a small park that is walking distance from this lovely townhome. A 10-minute walk to Brown's Beach, located on the South side of Saratoga Lake. A few minutes away from Stewart's gas station and convenient store. 15-minute drive to downtown Saratoga. 25-minute drive to Albany area. This townhome is in a quiet and quaint area. 5-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops. 10 minute drive to SPAC, Horse Track, and, Golf Course and Casino.
