Amazing

Check in and access was short and sweet, pool was amazing and perfect for kids, house was clean and had everything we needed and more! Host was easy to communicate with and got back to us fast, even sent someone over right away to help with an issue we had! Would recommend over and over again!

Peaceful Retreat

The house had everything we could possibly imagine: peaceful, private front porch for meals with fun suspended chair, water fountain and wind chimes; well stocked kitchen with ample everything; screened pool with volleyball net, 4 pool noodles and furniture; backyard propane grill and fire pit amidst a welcoming garden; beach towels, beach tent, chairs and boogie boards; comfy beds and furnishings; and wow, what a game closet!!We loved our stay!

April fun

This house exceeding my expectations, the pictures don't do it justice. The pool and garden were beautiful. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The A/c was running when we arrived, the pool was heated just right. Julia the hostess was so helpful, checking in, giving us recommendations for the local area. She thought through all the details to make it a wonderful stay. Would absolutely go back!

Lovely Spanish Garden Hideaway in Sarasota, Florida!

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the cozy ambiance and all the little touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The backyard is a lush wonderland of gorgeous trees and plants, and is fully fenced, so great for dogs. The location is fantastic – quiet, yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the gorgeous artwork, the snacks left for us in the living room, the starter house goods like toilet paper and laundry detergent, the lovely bed spreads. The owner was so sweet about keeping the pool warm. It made our stay extra special. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The host was incredibly welcoming, and we felt well taken care of during our entire stay.Overall, this property was the perfect choice for our trip, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with a truly professional host!

We stayed at Julia’s place in Sarasota for 10 days over New Years. We had a wonderful time. It was just the break that we needed from the stress and cold back home. The home is clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Also Julia was the consummate professional. She communicated clearly and checked in periodically to see that we had everything we needed.There was a miscommunication (no one’s fault) and Julie worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. I recommend without reservation!

Perfect Family Getaway

Julia was the best host, amazingly quick response for any question we had! She even borrowed a fishing rod for our 10 year old to use while we were there. Above and beyond. The swimming pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved this property!

Perfect home away from home

Relaxing and Comfy

The ideal stay! Cozy and Comfy home perfect for our family vacation. Area is close enough to the beach but far enough from hussle and bustle and only about 2-hours from the parks in Orlando too! Julia is exceptional at communication and is extremely pleasant to deal with. The home has everything you need, is very clean and the pool with lanai is perfect! Definitely consider coming back next time we’re in town

Great Stay and Location

We truly enjoyed this property. The home was great and very relaxing. The pool was exceptional with all the play toys. The kitchen was ready for cooking with all the tools provided. I used the grill😀😀!! The beds were very nice and clean. We actually arrived a day early by mistake and the owner was accommodating so we didn’t need to find a hotel. Thank you Julia for being the perfect host.

Relaxation

Tropical oasis is exactly that! Even though you’re in the heart of a neighborhood, you’ve got your privacy and the house is surrounded with tropical plants and flowers. It’s a beautiful place and we will definitely be back. It was close to any store you’d need to go to and a short drive to the beach. The pool is so nice! Julia was attentive and was around to help with anything we needed. So glad we found this gem!

True Tropical Oasis

Everything was great with this house. Location is awesome. Everything is within 5 minutes or less drive. Around the corner is a beautiful walk to an amazing bay view. The house has everything you can think of and more. Spacious and plenty of room inside and outside the gorgeous property. The owner, Julia, is so sweet and very friendly. She is easy to get in touch with and communicates very easily. Definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Lovely family getaway

We brought our 4 kids ages 6-12 for a week at the beach. Julia’s home was the best stocked and equipped rental home we’ve stayed at! Every kitchen item you could need, plenty of supplies for the laundry and dishwasher, towels and linens, etc. The home is centered around the pool which was amazing. Siesta and Lido beaches are easy to get to and park. Lots of nice restaurants around in close proximity. Really nothing else we could ask for!

Family friendly House

This vacation house was perfect for children complete with a swing on the front porch lots of games and puzzles off dinning room walkout pool area. A lovely little garden area for children to walk around and explore. Julie was very responsive to any little need and checked in on us regularly. This off island location in a quiet private neighborhood just 3 miles from siesta key beach and downtown area was perfect. Close to all the family, friendly attractions too. I already think about my next visit

Lush Tropical Retreat

Stayed for one month and had a very enjoyable time with friends and family. Secluded garden area with great pool. Comfortable beds and seating. Easy access to Siesta Key Beach and all area restaurants and services. Grandkids loved the swings. Kitchen had every imaginable utensil and plenty of pots and pans. Very cozy. We will definitely be returning.

Great location and privacy

We had a wonderful stay. The property offers a private feel with the landscaping and fences and the pool was a nice addition for our stay. We spent a good deal of time on the private, covered front porch listening to music and talking. The beaches are close and it’s a short walk to Phillippi Estate Park which has great walking trails, fishing peers and other amenities. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a casual, private place to enjoy Sarasota with family and friends. And Julia is a fantastic host!

Recent Stay

We stayed at the property recently. The house was nice and the it had plenty of room for 5 guests. The pool was nice but virtually unusable because the water was so cold. We stayed at the home 3.5 days and the pool was never hotter then 74 even with 90 degree sunny days. Also at nights you cannot sit outside because of the bugs Daytime you can sit out without any issues. One thing that needs to be attended to ASAP is all the tables need to be tightened. They were very wobbly and we all feared that they would collapse if leaned on. Distance to the beach is a 10 minute drive just so people know. All in all Julia was a great host and very attentive.
