The space
The couch has a full-size pull-out bed for those who do not want to use the ladder to access the bed in the loft.

Please note there are no laundry facilities available, however, there are a couple local laundromats less than a mile away.

This is a tiny home located on a property with the main house. Please note there is a potential for noise from guests that book the main house. The pool is not accessible and is only available for guests that book the main house.

Only the far-left side of the driveway is available for parking. Two cars can comfortably fit back-to-back. The right-side and circle drive are reserved for guests that book the main house.

Siesta Key Beach is 10.4 miles away and Lido Key Beach is 7.4 miles away.

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.
