Most top attractions are just a short drive away, making ride share services, rental cars, or your own vehicle the best options for getting around. Our home receives regular professional pest and maintenance care, but in this vibrant tropical setting, you may still spot an occasional little visitor indoors or out — just a small reminder that you’re surrounded by Florida’s lively natural beauty.

Our pool is professionally cared for with twice-weekly cleanings and inspections, keeping it sparkling and ready for your enjoyment. Because the pool area is open and surrounded by lush Florida greenery, you may notice a leaf or two drifting in between landscaping and pool visits — it’s all part of the relaxed, tropical Florida vibe! For your convenience, we’ve provided a skimmer net so you can keep the water just the way you like it.

Please note that refunds aren’t offered for natural bits of Florida’s outdoor beauty or the occasional minor pest sighting, but we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
