SANDY FEET is a newly renovated & furnished, single-family home with private heated pool in the heart of Sarasota. The home is 5 miles to the #1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a large open living & dining area.

The fully enclosed outdoor space offers a brand new saltwater pool with lounge chairs, an in-pool umbrella holder, outdoor seating and dining area & a BBQ grill.
A basketball hoop, foosball table, corn hole, board games, books and pop-up soccer goals keep everyone in the family entertained.

Welcome to SANDY FEET, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in a quiet neighborhood with private heated pool & backyard space that sleeps 9 comfortably.

SANDY FEET is 5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, #1 beach in the USA (about a 15 min drive).

The KITCHEN is newly renovated with white cabinets, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher). Fully equipped with pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware, coffee maker and cooking staples such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, spices & coffee. Plastic plates & cups for outdoors use and around the pool are provided. A kitchen island faces the family room with 2 bar stools.

The LIVING ROOM has a large seating are, smart TV and large windows to let in the Florida sunshine and to enjoy the view into the backyard including the brand new pool.

The spacious FAMILY ROOM has a futon, great for reading and enjoying some quiet time, board games, coloring books and a foosball table. The futon can sleep one person comfortably.

The DINING area has a large wooden table and 2 benches, great for family dinners. Additional chairs can be pulled over from the breakfast room. A high chair is available in the closet next to the laundry room.

The BREAKFAST CORNER which is adjacent to the kitchen has 2 corner benches, a table and chairs for breakfast in the sun with a view into the front yard.

The OFFICE AREA has a desk, office chair and monitor to make it easy to work from home.

The LAUNDRY ROOM hosts a full size washer & dryer and is located next to the office area.

THE POOL & BACKYARD:
The backyard & pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy.

Lounge poolside in the BRAND NEW POOL AREA and soak up the warm Florida sun! The saltwater pool is heated (from Nov 21 until April 1) and thus is perfect for swimming year-round. It has a shallow sundeck with an umbrella holder and is approx. up to 6 feet deep. Floaties are usually available as is an air pump. Comfortable lounge chairs round out the pool area.

Enjoy outdoor living with grilling on the propane BBQ GRILL and enjoying dinner and drinks either in the outdoor dining or seating area. In the evenings outdoor string lights and pool lights create a serene outdoor oasis for quiet evenings.

BEDROOMS:
The MASTER BEDROOM features a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser, closets and smart TV. The closets are stocked with bedding for the futon in the family room and an inflatable toddler bed.

The SECOND BEDROOM features a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and smart TV. The TV is equipped with an Xbox and a collection of games.

The THIRD BEDROOM features a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, full size bed for 2 at the bottom and an additional twin size trundle bed. Bedding for the trundle can be found in the closet of this room.

All bedding features luxury hotel quality duvet covers for your comfort and peace of mind!

The MASTER BATHROOM is accessible from the master bedroom and features a walk-in shower and double vanities.

The SECOND BATHROOM is easily accessible from the second and third bedroom and features a tub/shower combination.

MAKE UP TOWELS are provided in both bathrooms and towel closets. Please do not wipe any makeup on bath or hand towels or washcloths.

Please DO NOT FLUSH any wipes or feminine hygiene products, including tampons. Additional charges may apply for clogs or ruined towels.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
The home includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for your perfect day at the beach. 2 wagons are available in the shed.

OUTDOOR SERVICE visits are conducted as follows: weekly pool service and biweekly lawn care & landscaping may occur during your stay.


FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE NOTE:

POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool, hot tub and BBQ grill. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

The UPPER BUNK BED has a maximum weight limit of 200 lbs. For safety purposes, only ONE person may sleep on the upper bunk. 2 people may sleep on the lower bunk, and 1 person on the twin-sized trundle bed.

NO DOGS OR PETS are allowed in the home.

Guests are responsible for damage to the property or items within the property and will be charged for repair or replacement accordingly.
