Laurel Park is a wonderful historic neighborhood. Loved the vibe and a quick walk to downtown Main Street where there were more shops and restaurants. The carriage house is fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay in Sarasota.

Quaint, Clean and Extra Stuff

Our stay was great. Clean and in a nice location. Lots of “extra” stuff was a nice touch. Beach towels, small cooler, beach bag, snacks, sunscreen. They really go the extra mile. Great communication and fast response time as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Sarasota

Great place for us to use as home base. Had all the necessary items and more! More than comfortable. Stephanie was a great host and met our every need. Having chairs , umbrellas for the beach was great. Looking forward to staying in the future

Great Space

Great space, everything just as listed and photos are totally accurate. The location cannot be beat. We walked to Main Street every night for dinner. Very safe area. The unit is clean, well stocked, the water pressure is amazing, and the bed is comfortable. Stephanie was readily available if we needed her, but was not invasive at all. We would stay again for sure.

Quaint & Convenient!

While we resided only for one night, we enjoyed this carriage house immensely! The bikes added alot more fun to see the area without needing to get into the car. Conveniently located to resturants and shopping. The bikes were an added amenity that allowed us to venture to a little park overlooking the bay that had the perfect spot to catch the sunset! Thank you!

Amazing property

This was such a perfect place to rent! Excellent location, the room was perfect for the two of us. Stephanie was a great host and helped us with all our questions and needs. She had bikes and kayaks and an amazing notebook with information about the area and all the appliances in the rental. Hoping to come to this are again.

The caretaker was exactly as described and had all of the details that make it a great stay, from a great variety of coffees to everything that might be needed while on vacation. Gem in a quiet, quaint neighborhood

The property was well taken care of and easy to access. There was almost every amenity you could need and we wished we had been able to stay longer to utilize them. Everything was clean and well kept and the instructions clear and simple. All in all, it was a fabulous place and experience.

Location! Nicely Appointed Carriage House

The location was perfect for downtown access. We walked to the entire Bay Park, downtown, and surrounding neighborhoods—excellent shops and restaurants. Sarasota has a friendly, warm atmosphere with a plethora of events. This is the place to stay if you want to experience what downtown offers. The space was more than comfortable for two people, and the king-size bed was a haven of relaxation. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Thank you, Stephanie! Your commitment to hosting and providing a welcoming environment has shone through. We will most likely be choosing this carriage house again. Gigi & Barry
