When checking in they were very communicative and I really appreciate the quick responses when it came to check-in information. But once we arrived at the destination the instructions were completely off and we could not get into our room. The host was unresponsive due to the hour of the time we got to the home and I had to pay for a hotel room since I could not get into the VRBO that I had booked.
