This is wonderful one bedroom house, perfect for your next getaway. Its located west of the trail within walking distance to Starbucks and other stores and restaurants. Its century located between the two brides to Siesta Beach also 5 minutes away from downtown and other attractions. Mid Century Gem.
In the back there is a patio for your convenience with a barbecue and chairs. You have welcome to park in the driveway that has a covered porch.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Humble home nestled right off the main drag

Perfect location as a "home base" with easy access to hwy 41 to get you to all the beaches, restaurants, downtown and other main attractions. Upon arrival it was very welcoming, clean and a well maintained property for the lil gem it is. Perfect for two. Nestled at a dead end made it a quiet lil space.

Great spot to get around…

Quiet street in quiet neighborhood. I appreciated not being trapped in car by beachfront traffic & drawbridges just to run for food & supplies. Right by Trader Joe’s & an excellent German bakery. We drove down to Venice mostly bc we liked those beaches for shelling & shark toothing… the house was inviting & everything worked. Comfortable. The property mgr was kind & helpful & easy to text. I’d stay here again. It’s not beachfront but it’s nice to not feel touristy trapped.The

Home away from home

The property was nice and clean. We were surprised of all the amenities in the cottage. Due to the exstream heat we were unable to go to any of the surrounding shops and beaches. We stayed in for the most part. It made our getaway from home pleasant with everything the cottage had to offer. This stay was better than a stay in a hotel. Thank you for a very nice place to stay.

Great little place with good back yard

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to many restaurants and stores of all kinds, most within walking distance. Access and egress to the actual street a bit awkward. Great back yard with the occasional cat and family of raccoons. Nice shady spot for enjoying a glass of wine in the afternoon.
