No hot water the first night we were there or the second morning. Had upgraded to jacuzzi suite but couldn’t use it due to water issue. Unfortunately, I booked through Expedia rather than going to directly to the Hilton site to book so they could not refund my money. They offered to refund one night worth of points, but I’m still awaiting those to be reflected on my Hilton app.

It was clean- but the shower was either barely lukewarm or scalding hot. No in between. Carpet was awful. And the breakfast was very small and generic. I’ve stayed in Hampton before and was one of the reasons I chose this on and was very disappointed. Ended up eating out. NOT up to Hilton standards.
