ENTIRE POOL HOME - CLOSE TO SIESTA KEY AND SHOPPING
Centrally located to Siesta Key, shopping and Route 75, this home is convenient to all Sarasota has to offer. Just an 8 minute drive, Siesta Key and all its beaches and restaurants is literally just a stones throw away. Tucked away in a private gated community, this 4 bed 3 1/2 bath pool home is situated on 2/3 acre of land with a perfectly manicured front and back yard and even has Orange trees that give fruit all year round.
Once you enter through the main entrance you will experience the quality of what this home has to offer. Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, plenty of natural light are just a few features of what this home is all about. The master is located on the west side and boasts a spacious sleeping/reading area and large full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Adjacent to the room is an "office" which can be converted into an additional bedroom if necessary. An additional 5th room currently used as a lounge area can be used for visiting guests to stay if needed. Additional bedrooms, bathroom and laundry is located in the east side of the home.
The property will come fully furnished and is available for a 6 or 12 month lease. Different terms and conditions may apply depending on which lease option is selected. Reasonable Customizations for furnishings will be considered. Available starting October 1st.
No smoking allowed and no parties exceeding 15 people. Small pets will be allowed with owner approval.
