The most I have ever paid for a room and the worst room we have ever stayed in!
What I liked about this property was the availability of fitting in 1-5 people, having free parking, free breakfast and cleanliness. The property was close to the relative’s home and the room allowed for a family of five; however, only two beds, so I guess that if you have five you need a roller bed requested ahead of time. The property had a fireplace inside and outside which made a cozy place for reading , drinking coffee and taking pictures by the Christmas tree. Finally, the staff were very friendly.
Don't believe all the negative reviews. There was nothing wrong with this place. They even had a decent complimentary hot breakfast which is more than I could say for other places which charge for it.
Disappointed in the room...HVC was not working. Found hair in the bed. When switched to another room that refrigerator wasn’t clean. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my son. In my son’s room there was no ironing board cover/pad on the iron. After letting them know they made an excuse but never brought in a new pad. Will not recommend or never stay here again.
Housekeeping was easy to early. 8am no good. Otherwise everything was fine.
we were canceled last minute and had to move to another hotel which was inconvenient unfortunately for us

Everything was good and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff at that time was excellent. All in all it was a good standard hotel.

Thank you Paul! Although some reviews really make us look bad, we try to make them into a positive.... without them, we don't know where we can improve. Although, it is really nice to have someone back us up ;)
