Runaway bay room 237 review. Short version

Unit needs deep clean. You pay good money for cleaning. In cabinets , sauté pans were very greasy and sheet pans rusting. Owner needs to know. Is a dated unit with some upgrades. Lock battery needed changing while there. Management t “ does it all “ to make sure u r happy tho. Beds are SOFT. Need new mattresses Am only being honest. Owners very nice. All people very nice Just should get a good deep clean as hair was everywhere. Can not blame owner for that. Next time would like another unit. MD

Great Condo

The condo was a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Trolley stop right out front. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare meals. Very clean and everything we needed for the beach was available in the unit. Easy check in and out. Assigned parking made it easy to come and go. Very disappointed the pool was closed for the entire week. Having a pool available on our vacation is important to my family.

Sweet Freedom at Runaway Bay

Excellent place to enjoy the island. Couple minute walk to pool, bbq, beach, intercoastal, and free trolley stop. Condo is setup nice with everything you need for a trip to the beach, pool, or fishing. Plenty of nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach cart, cooler, boogie boards, skim board, and fishing gear. Nice tv's with Roku's. Beds are comfy. Kitchen and baths are nice and modern. Seabreeze is a cute condo, one of the nicest we have stayed in. The Property Manager was responsive when we called with questions. The location was great. A great place for the week.

Great, well equipped, well located place!

We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria and loved this condo. Perfect for what we needed. Had everything— including all the beach stuff and even plenty of paper towels/tp! Great location—nice pool, tennis-pickle ball court, and across the street from beach access. Very close (easy walk) to several restaurants. Rental company was great with communication. Highly recommend!

We love this condo. Very clean and kitchen utensils were in great shape. This is our second year in this unit. Couldn't get for next year or we would have booked.

Clean and beautiful condo

Condo was perfect for our stay. Myself, husband and 4 young adult/teens. We brought an air mattress. Great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. Took the monkey bus home from bridge street one night and that was a riot! Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/bowls…everything you need to cook meals. Full size washer and dryer were great! Games/puzzles/books for downtime at the condo. Condo provided small dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent which was very nice to have….didn’t realize so I had brought my own. Didn’t use the pool at all. Pool gets crowded. We went to the beach …access is right across the street. Tennis courts were fun; you must have equipment. Found a basketball court not too far away (5 minute drive) at herb Dolan park…we brought our own basketball. Ventured to the north end of the island and the beach sand was smooth (no shells). No beach chairs provided so bring your own. We just used our beach towels. Condo provides one beach towel and one regular towel set(bath, hand, washcloth) per guest. Bring additional beach towels—-if you are sitting on towels at the beach, you want to have a towel to dry off with that isn’t full of sand. Overall, great condo! Loved our stay!

Check in

We received the wrong unit number for the check in. I received 2 emails & one text with our condo being unit 215. Our condo was unit 237 & by chance noticed that number after the name of the complex. So we decided to try it.. My sister in law & I tried to call every number we could find & always had to leave a message. Nobody ever answered a phone. So we were stuck outside in the heat for about an hour & a half. There should always be a number where you can speak with an actual person. The emergency number says you may be fined if it is not considered an actual emergency. The rest of the trip was excellent. We had a blast & am thinking about coming back.

Perfect!

This was a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located condo. It was a quiet unit/location and very spacious. Everything was newly updated, all the linens and soft touches were fresh.
