Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home located in a family neighborhood in sunny Sarasota Florida! Our home has 10 foot ceilings in all the common areas, an updated custom kitchen with adjoining family room overlooking the heated pool. Sliding doors that open to pool area from family room, living room and master bedroom. Private fenced yard. Close to Conservatory Park and many golf courses. Centrally located near beaches, golfing, shopping, restaurants, and the airport.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Beautiful home in a fantastic location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood that connects to Conservatory Park which has a nice shaded, paved trail to walk or run on. Very convenient location to University Town Center and Sarasota Beaches. The floor plan worked great for my family, the house was clean and all of the appliances worked. They had beach chairs and plenty of beach towels as well. The pool area was very relaxing and a great place to cool off after long days at Nathan Benderson Park or the beach. The owner was very responsive to us. I would definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area.

Space to breathe

We had to scramble to find somewhere to stay thanks to Idalia Our original location was damaged. The thought of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, swimming pool, and a lanai with screened in was really great. With three generations in the same house we needed a large space and that’s what we got. Everyone loved the pool and being close to food and shopping were great. Also being close to the airport with everyone coming and going at different times helped. I was very satisfied and would recommend this property to anyone.

Great house, good location

The house was perfect for my family and I, and the location couldn’t be beat. The neighborhood is quiet. Everything was well-stocked, including things like toilet paper and shampoo/soap/etc. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would rent again.

Sarasota Get away

Pros: . inside the house was great, very clean. . lots of dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils, a pitcher would have been helpful . it was nice to have a grill . access in and out was easy . the pool was wonderful and nice and clean . the host was very friendly and quick to respond. . the host went above and beyond to help with a tv remote issue. . it was great having the bikes and beach chairs and all the beach towels....big plus! . the house, inside, was terrific!!! Cons: . the pool area could really use a good cleaning (power washing) . the spider webs were out of control . green mold on the cage and screening, around the lanai was substatial . the loose or, lack of tiles, in the pool are is a terrible tripping hazzard and would cause cuts to the bottom of feet . the floats in the garage were not usable because they would not hold air, except for one. No one probably told anyone tho We would definetely stay here again and would recommend it highly!

Family holiday

The house was great. Lots of space, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. 2 lounges. Driveway for 3 cars. Good outside space for eating, dancing, sunbathing, & nice pool, Nice seated bar area outside with a hatch. Nice big kitchen & dining room. Laundry room, dishwasher washing machine, coffee machine. It had a nice American feel to it & was well designed Only complaint was being Irish we needed an electric kettle for tea and a toaster, they did have a stove kettle Pool was nice, very safe area Everything we needed for our family Very fast communication with the host Thanks we may be back!

Golf stay vacation

The house was clean and conveniently located to the golf courses that my group played that week.Two very small items that the property owner might want to look into was that the toaster oven would only toast bread one side at a time so a regular toaster would probably be much better and not all the burners on the electric stove worked properly. I thought the house was well stocked with all the daily needs and all my communications with the property owner and manager were always answered. I would definitely rent this place again. Mick

Awesome house

This property was excellent for our group of 8! Plenty of room and great layout and wonderful pool. It’s in a great central location for so many things. Owner is helpful, quick to respond to questions, and kind enough to check in with us before, during, and after our stay. We had a fabulous time!

Very Pleased

Eric is an excellent host! He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Property is as pictured and very well stocked with all kitchen, bath and paper products. Great location, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Overall great stay!!
