The Inn was well kept and very clean overall, could use a new shower curtain. Dishes in cabinet were very scarce but the kitchen was open and equipped with all major appliances. Back door opened to cute pool that was clean. My stay was great however I never met or even spoke to owners. They’re only there about 10-2 daily it seems so we used the key drop. I booked thru orbitz and was misled that I was getting a beach property that faced the pool not the gulf however I was put across the street from the beach. Not a long walk at all but still not the same as hearing the surf or walking around in the sand... this should be more clear for ALL rooms as some are on the beach. I would stay again if on the beach side or at a low off season rate either side of road.
Hotel owners should advise what individuals need to bring. We ran out of bathroom tissue than goodness we thought to bring 12 rolls. No stopper in bathroom sink. Stopped up 2 times while there had to plunger it. Never able to talk to owners as we had to leave voice messages and none were returned during 6 nights there. Pool is peeling on bottom. Laundry washer and dryers were rusty and old.
We loved our 2 bedroom/1 bath with full kitchen. The hotel staff was so friendly when we checked in and out. Lovely view and there was a charcoal grill with a little patio for us to use right off the beach. The only thing I would improve is possibly the comfort of the mattresses on the beds, but not bad. Perfect for a little getaway with the family.

Thank you for the positive review. The office is typically open 7 days / week from 10:00 until 5:00. There are times when we close early for various reasons, but not often. Also, our Poolside units say - "Not Beachfront" right in the title and "across the street from the beach" in the unit description - not sure how much clearer we can be.
