I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach-FL. This is a one bedroom with full kitchen and covered balcony with a little ocean view. It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, breakfast bar, Large bathroom. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking.

The condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. The view outside your room is Mainly trees and the condo next door but there is ocean view and bay views through the trees.

It’s the perfect beach-to-bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Ann Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; the 1 bedroom has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker and keurig, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar and dining table with an additional dining table on the covered patio. Seats 12 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with two couches. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads. There is a washer and dryer within the unit, basic cable, and wifi.

For an additional charge of $25 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis.

Ideal spot in a great location! This condo has everything you could need, with two great pools and directly across from the beach. Beach chairs are already down at the beach, host has plenty of umbrellas and other necessities for the beach. We appreciated the travel crib for our baby! The screened balcony was nice and quiet for evenings relaxing. A great stay!

The unit was very nice. We loved the screened porch. The view was more of the parking lot than the beach, but the sunsets were nice from the porch. Only down side was they were putting on a new roof all week. Oh My! It was Very Noisy! Would have been nice to have a heads up on that, as we really needed some quiet time while there. Nice location to the beach across the street and the beach/lounge chairs included & large gazebo for shade. Nice pool. Some good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay despite the roof issue! But I guess it had to happen during someone’s vacation. We’d highly recommend this place. Thanks Will Carter!

Everything is fine except for the elevator is broken and the condo is on 2nd floor -so there are 2 sets of stairs that you have to climb . I think the building should let people know, someone with walking difficulties will not be able to stay here until the elevator is fixed. I enjoyed my staying, The condo is nice and clean , has enough things for you to use . The condo is spacious but there is only 1 bathroom so I wouldn't suggest to have more than 2 person. For 1 person it's perfect.

Great location! Loved the beach access right across the street and the provided beach loungers for the hotel & condo guests. Nice having beach umbrellas and a float for our use in the condo. We loved staying here. It was like home away from home. Short, very short walk to the best part of the beach on the entire island. Also fishing out back. We will definitely stay here again! We had a manatee swim by us on the beach, found 3 fist size conk shells, a shark tooth and saw dolphins. The condo had everything we needed. You won’t find a better place.

Very good overall

You will not have instructions for check in; in the AM. You will have to wait until 1 pm. Check in is at 4pm. If you are a type A personality and get anxiety from not being prepared ahead of time this will irk you just FYI. One elevator was out of service near the unit no biggie. Cleaning people opened the door at 10 am as I was getting dressed and kept coming in and out. Check out is at 11. That’s not okay. Toilet stopped flushing as we were leaving. Luckily it was just bath tissue only in there to flush. Tiny leak coming from the dishwasher, I stopped the washer and made them aware before I left. The condo seems like a split floor plan, so you will hear noise and conversations from the door separating the two. Bedding and unit clean, but floors and chairs could use a deeper cleaning or mop. The sofa feels a little ick too, bring a sheet to cover it before sitting if you feel you might be similar me lol. It’s not the sofa in the photos.
