They double booked & we were left without
This was a disaster booking. The week of travel we kept an eye open for directions of check-in. Delays in response to our emails! Stalling used by Travis! Upon arrival we received email that there were plumbing problems and it would not be available until Tuesday. This was on Saturday leaving us with no reservation for two (2) week stay. Then a couple days later, Andy, my husband, rode over to check on house. There were other renters in home. We were told by them that they came in Saturday evening. Yes, we got a complete refund after the fact; however this does not take away the awful start to our vacation, the stress and anxiety we were under trying to find a place us to stay!!The description is false. No swimming pool.
