Downtown and gulf gate are even closer! If you feel like checking out America’s newest mall - UTC is only 15 minutes away. This “Tommy Bahama” furnished condo has 2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms feature brand new sleep number mattresses (1 king bed and 1 queen bed total) and en-suite bathrooms fully equipped with a garden tub/shower, hair dryer, linens, towels, and toiletries to ensure a cozy coastal stay. This fully updated unit is in a gated community and comes with many wonderful amenities like Fiber Optic (ultra fast) WiFi, stocked coffee station, resort style Heated pool, hot tub, AC, club house (full kitchen as well as a pool table and poker table), a fitness center, and much more! You don’t even have to leave the property to feel like you’re on vacation!

We are hosts that live in Sarasota so we would be able to provide travel tips, restock depleted things, or quickly resolve any unforeseen issues.

We also have high chair, pack n play, baby and toddler toys, etc that we can supply upon request.
