We stayed in this apartment in Sarandë for two months and really enjoyed our time. It’s located on the hillside just outside the downtown area—about a 15-minute walk into town and the beach—and there were plenty of small markets nearby, which made daily life easy.The view was absolutely exceptional. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and the perfect size for two people. Our host responded quickly, and the property managers were incredibly kind. They spoke Italian, but with Google Translate we communicated everything we needed without any issues.Our only problem was completely out of anyone’s control: construction started on both sides of the building, running from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week through all of November. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and the apartment was a great home base in Sarandë.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views.

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our time. The views are incredible and we loved having our morning breakfast on the patio and watching sunsets in the evening. The apartment itself is well maintained and has everything needed. The listing mentions a hot tub, but when asked we were told there is no hot tub.There is a washing machine on the patio which was very convenient. Beds were comfy. Sofa not so much. A/C works well and apartment stayed cool. In unit WiFi works well. We lost power in the building one night, but it was on again in less than an hour. We were able to park in the driveway with no issues. Ricky and Robbie were pleasant hosts and communicated well despite not speaking English. The location can be hard to find. Our GPS, never quite got the location correct. It’s next to the ArtNest hotel and we used that as a landmark. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the main Sarandë marina. Overall a lovely stay and we would return!

Finger weg – Schlechtester Gastgeber überhauptDas war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunftserfahrung, die ich je hatte. Der Gastgeber ist unfassbar geizig – nicht einmal grundlegende Dinge wie Seife fürs Bad, Spülmittel wurde bereitgestellt. Auf Nachfrage kam nur die patzige Antwort: „Das ist kein Hotel!“ Bettdecken und Kissen waren schmutzig, die Betten und Sofas hart wie Stein, insgesamt sehr ungemütlich. Die Kommunikation war katastrophal – niemand sprach Englisch. Der Gastgeber und die Verwalter waren unfreundlich, abweisend und völlig desinteressiert. Die Wohnungsübergabe war lächerlich – minutenlanges Zählen von Geschirr und Handtüchern, aber kein einziges Wort zu unserem Aufenthalt. Absolut nicht das Geld wert.Das Parken war ein Albtraum – ganz anders als in der Anzeige beschrieben. Und von wegen „direkt am Strand“: Die Bilder lassen das zwar vermuten, aber in Wirklichkeit ist man deutlich weiter weg. Absolut nicht das Geld wert. Bloß nicht buchen!
