The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also comes with soundproofing and a complete privacy due to exclusive location. This property offers access to a balcony, patio, free private parking and free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.

The space
Private parking and garden at the property are larger than most in Sarajevo. In regards to security, the property has an extensive alarm system, is monitored with 24/7 CCTV cameras and motion sensors and entrance into property’s parking area is a remote-controlled gate. There is also a rustic orchard boasting fruit trees such as pears, apples, plums, cherry, quince and walnut (all of which can be harvested during the fruit season). There is a dedicated barbeque area within said orchard and with an exquisite view on Sarajevo town but with unparalleled privacy and serenity away from prying eyes. There is a water fountain and designated picnic area with natural stone table/benches within the garden with lush greenery. All areas have sufficient outdoor lighting while individual choices are respected with provision of Wi-Fi smart switches and possibility to control each light separately.

We had a wonderful stay. Amazing to find a 3 bedroom apartment in Sarajevo. Comfortable beds, amazing view and the host was very responsive. Enis was accommodating when we had to check in late due to a funeral we had to attend last minute. He was also accommodating when we had to check out at 3 am to catch our morning flight. We would stay here again.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad met een mooi uitzicht op Sarajevo. Prachtig om te zien. We konden peren plukken, die in de tuin staan. We konden goed uitslapen, omdat het daar zo rustig is. Ik heb echt genoten van de rust. De eigennaar was erg vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Hij reageert snel op je vragen en denkt ook met je mee. Het huisje had alles wat we nodig hadden. Vanuit Sarajevo konden we genoeg activiteiten in de buurt plannen om overdag te doen.
