Nice hotel, Staff could be better.

Late night arrival. Nice new hotel. No food service or places close by open at 11pm. Staff was short with me when I asked about food and told me that the water was safe to drink. Didn’t explain in the morning where the buffet was located until after I was sitting for about 10 minutes.

Overall staff was good minus two things for me. My air conditioning was not working. On the next day of arriving I had informed reception of it and was told it would work that day as there was an issue with the overall timer settings. Seemed to be controlled by one unit with room control. The next day I was told it was working but my room had an issue with the control. During my entire stay it wasn’t checked. Luckily in the morning the room was cold as I had left the window open. During the day towards evening room remained hot. Second was staff were amazing throughout apart from a particular lady at the bar found it difficult to smile like everyone else and it came across if you ordered something it was an inconvenience to her. I expected tea making facilities in the room but didn’t check this before booking so if like standard British hotels you expect this then note in a different country it’s not standard. Close to the tram station and local shops. I would still book here again dispute two short comings.

It's definitely worth it, if you don't mind being a bit further from the center of the city and attractions. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included. The staff are friendly and polite. Depending on the time of year parking can be a hassle. The location is a bit tricky to navigate by car or on foot.

Lovely staff. Rooms are super cool, and the hotel has a vibe unlike any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Restaurant food was good and was also a really good value. Parking options are good too.

Overall, the hotel and its staff were great. Customer service was on point. My one complaint was that when I called to confirm the booking, I asked to make sure there was a shuttle to the airport provided by the hotel. The lady on the phone assured me there was one 24/7. We had to leave for the airport at 4am. When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk said the shuttle only ran from 8am to 8pm. He called me a taxi but that was then an extra unexpected expense costing us another 25km with all our luggage.

The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. This is not unusual in the Balkans, and you end up getting used to it, but it was not pleasant. Other than that, the rooms are clean and quiet. Bathroom amenities were also fine. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport but is not close to the city center; you have to take a cab. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice. Bear in mind for the airport shuttle that what the hotel does is hire a taxi, which is fine, but you have to pay for your bags. Overall, a good hotel but the cigarette smell was very unpleasant.
