The location is outstanding. Right outside the door is the old town. Rooms are huge. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the river and lived hearing the morning and evening prayers. The downside was the hardness of the beds and the huge crowds in the breakfast room in the morning where the sound could get quite loud. Fresh juice would be better than the watery sugary version out of the machine.

Excellent location near the Latin Bridge and old Sarajevo shops. Room was large and clean, well stocked refrigerator, room safe, etc. Very good breakfast. Only negatives linens were scratchy and room was too warm at night, 22 C. We had to choose between being hot or listening to a lot of street noise with the window open to cool the room at night

The hotel has an excellent central location, and the underground garage is spacious and safe, though getting in is tricky and would be easier if the hotel gave clearer instructions. Check-in was frustrating. We were asked to pay immediately, but both of our credit cards failed on their machine, even though the same cards worked in other hotels before and after. We ended up paying in Euros at a poor exchange rate. Our booking was for three adults, yet the room had only two beds. After waiting, staff brought in a thin sponge mattress that felt more like sleeping in a camp than a 4-star hotel. A torn curtain added to the neglected feel. Cleanliness overall was below standard — the whole hotel could use a deep cleaning. Air conditioning was another problem: it worked on the first day but was shut off the next morning, and we had to ask reception to turn it back on. Morning rest was further disturbed by loud staff and maids using walkie-talkies in the hallways. Breakfast was average at best, with stale pastries — disappointing in a city known for its excellent fresh baked goods. The front desk staff were polite and helpful.

Stayed for a few nights during the film festival and it was fantastic-- great location and hotel amenities, friendly service, reasonable parking (underground nearby) and a nice breakfast. Would stay again!
