Escape to the mountains and unwind in this fully renovated, spacious cabin, perfect for family gatherings or a getaway with friends. With 4 BRs/4 BAs, 2 living rooms, and a 600 sq foot deck, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy. Relax in one of two inviting living areas, both featuring 75" TVs, or step onto the expansive deck with dining and lounging areas and complete with a 55" outdoor TV.

Home has high speed fiber internet making streaming and keeping in touch with others very easy. In addition, the full house generator keeps the house running during any power outages.

The custom-designed kitchen comes FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook up a feast. Plenty of cooking and baking tools and gadgets including items such as coffee makers (drip and Keurig), a KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, crockpot, air fryer and electric can opener.

Home is situated on a corner lot and has plenty of parking with a garage, large driveway, and an additional side parking area.

Rental comes with full access to Sapphire Valley Association amenities (tennis, pickleball, pool, lake, gym, games, putt putt, etc.)
