Odalar villa havuz ve yataklar temizdi. Sıcak su sorunu yoktu. Muhafazakar konsepte uygun değil. Yan, ön villalar içeriyi ve odaları direk görüyor. Odalarda ince perde yok o nedenle odaların içi görünmesin diye kalın perde çekmek gerekiyor bu durumda da çok karanlık oluyor ve ortamın keyfi kalmıyor. İnce perde şart. Kalın perdeler de camı tam kapatmıyor. Sabah ışık odaya düşüyor. Havuzun sıcaklığı çok güzel. Cam bölümü çok keyifli. Harika fotolar çıkıyor. Cam da temiz. Mutfak eşyaları eskimiş tavalar çizilmiş biz tencereyi kullanamadık. Tava fena değildi. Çay yok. Kahve var. 4 küçük su var. Kahvaltı yeterli. Çocuklar için de kahvaltı gelmişti. Otopark vardı.

01 Nisan 2025 ziyaret dönemi. Tesis Resmi belgeli ve içeride her odada duman dedektörü mevcut. Her müstakil evin tek giriş kapısı var. Acil durumda tahliyesi kolay. Otel hizmete 3 ay önce başlamış. Yerleşim alanına 5 km mesafe de. En yakın market 4.4 km . Tüm gıda alacaklarınızı eksiksiz alıp çıkmanızda fayda var. Buzdolabı mini uzun süre konaklamalarda 2. Market ziyareti gerekebilir. 4.4 km'nin 3.5 km si devamlı s viraj ve ve 1. Ve 2. vites tırmanma. Ulaşım Yolu heyelan bölgesinde , sağanak yağış sonrası yol kapanabiliyor. Yeni olması sebebiyle temizlikte problem yok. Klima alt kat salon Ortak alanda kule tipi, odalarda (2 oda) birer split olarak var. Bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi yok. Televizyon Wifi var. Şömine ilk kullanım ücretsiz. 7/24 sıcak havuz sıcak su ve dışarıda sıcak jakuzi. 3x5x1.4 havuz ebatları. Tesis yeni ilk kullanım dolayısıyla bazı arızalar olabiliyor. Kaldığımız 2 nolu Havuz su eksiktiyor, ama su takviyesi ile çözülüyor. Kullanımda problem yok. Akvaryum havuz ambiansı güzel. Ormanlık alana yakın olması sebebiyle polen , böcek ve haşere var. Bungalov değil ama üst kat zemin ve tavan ahşap , alt kat ıslak zemin döşeli.İçeri Ayakkabı ile girilmiyor, terlik götürün.Aydınlatma atmosfer katılması için tüm ampuller gün ışığı, düşük gelebilir. Üst iki oda çift kişilik 2 yatak.Üst kat teras ile sapanca gölü manzarası mükemmel. Mert Bey herşey ile ilgilendi. Teşekkür ederiz. Serpme kahvaltı var. Çay termosta geliyor ve ULTRA KÖTÜ konaklamanın tek ve en kötü yanıydı.
