A clean basic place to stay near the lake. The room was in good condition but the bed was very uncomfortable, it caved in the middle and you could feel the springs.

The location it’s near by the lake . Room is really big and nice. Also they have private parking just next to the hotel. Negativity : the smell was horrible they need to fix this issue .

Bu otel ile ilgili deneyimim son derece kötüydü. Burada çok kötü bir gece geçirdim ve işte nedenleri: • Sıcak klima arızalıydı ve hava çok soğuktu. Klima gece boyunca tamir edilmedi. Alternatif olarak verilen seyyar ısıtıcı ise odanın ihtiyacının %50'sini bile karşılayamıyordu. • Oda kapısı direkt bahçeye açılıyordu ve hava sızıntısını engelleyecek contaları yoktu. Kapının altından ve yanlarından çok fazla soğuk hava giriyordu. • Oda zemini buz gibi soğuk fayans idi. • Yatak (çarşaf/yorgan) çok eskiydi. Hareket ettiğimde demirleri ve yay seslerini hissediyordum. • Banyonun genişliği yaklaşık yarım metreydi, bu da ihtiyacımı gidermek için rahatça oturmama engel oluyordu. • Banyoda havlu ve kıyafetler için askı/kanca yoktu. • Banyonun zemini çok soğuk olmasına rağmen, plastik banyo terliği bulunmuyordu. • Maalesef bir buçuk yaşındaki çocuğum bu soğukta uyumak zorunda kaldı. • Odanın ve duvarların kokusu yoğun sigara dumanı ve rutubet karışımıydı. • Sabah otelden ayrılırken çocuğumun havlusunu ve yeni bir diş macununu unuttum. Aradığımda ise eşyaların büyük bir soğukkanlılıkla çöpe atıldığını söylediler. • Tüm bu kötü hizmete rağmen ödediğim ücret 1950 Türk Lirası idi. Belirttiğim nedenlerden dolayı, bu oteli kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otelin konumu göle çok yakın, otel sahibi gayet güler yüzlü, oda temiz ve çevresi gayet sakin sessizdi. Odada kıbleyi gösteren ibare vardı bununla birlikte seccade de vardı. Namaz kılan birisi olan bunun düşünülmesi benim için çok büyük bir artı. Fiyat performans oteliydi. Tekrar sapancaya gelsem aynı yerde konaklarım. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Nous sommes arrivés tard vers 21h alors qu'on avait prévenu l'établissement. Hotel avec un mauvais rapport qualité prix. Juste un drap sur le lit et une couverture. Hotel défraîchi avec des plinthes décrochés du mur. Bref juste suffisant pour une nuit.
