Poor communication. Employees are poor in speaking English. The location is not great. You have to call up a taxi otherwise no way to move. Food is horrible no varities. Have to eat kebab daily. Slthough i liked the guy serving Yüksel was good. No safe in the room to keep your valiables protected. No wifi available in the rooms either

Great getaway for couples but we went with kids and still enjoyed it. Very relaxing on the resort itself and neat places near by to visit. Great views and amazing staff. Restaurant food quality was also good.

The resort is clean and cozy, the staff are welcoming and nice, The food and drinks are extremely expensive at the resort!, way too expensive than the normal expensive restaurant in Istanbul!

Personeller güler yüzlü ve nazikti fakat özellikle restaurant kısmı gerçekten çok kötü yemekler hiç iyi değil ve aşırı pahalı, örneğin sac tava söyledi eşim içinde etler minicik ve azdı lezzetsizdi sertti porsiyon azdı ve fiyatı çok yüksekti. kahvaltı aynı şekilde çeşit çok az ve çoğu şey beklemiş şekildeydi. Fiyat performans olarak düşük bir otel. İki gün kaldım $325 verdim, asla değmedi. Öncellikle oda soğuktu ve yüksek sesli bir klimayla ısınıyor bir tek. Manzara yok, odamın gölün tam önünde olmasına rağmen ama fotoraflarda var gibi duruyor. Manzara yerine plastik boş bir havuz ve duvar var. Ortak alan olarak bir tek restoran var, o kadar. Oturabileceğin bir koltuk gibi bir şey yok. Restoran da soğuk. Ayrıca restoran gereksiz pahalı, ve yemeğin kalitesi standart. Çorba çok kötüydü. Köfte ızgaralar ok. Çalışanlar gayet iyi ve tatlı. Lobi alanı denilen alan küçücük oturacak bir yer yok. Odam: - temizlik durmu iyiydi. - yatak iyi - fakat odanın kendisi bir çadır gibi, bambookarda kaldım. Bu kadar pahalı bir ücrete karşılık değil bu oda. Dışardaki her sesi duyuyordum. Kapımın kilidi doğru düzgün çalışmıyordu, tamir edilmek yerine geçiştirildim. Ok bir otel, ama verdiğim fiyata göre hizmet ve kalite çok düşük.
