Wonderful, cozy beach house with pool, barbecue, internal and external garden, equipped kitchen, living room in "L", terrace outside, balcony with natural light entrance for 3 cars, 3 bedrooms and one suite, air conditioning in the bedrooms, three bathrooms, one external. Upscale location very similar to condominium. In front of Ilha Bela, a quiet beach, reminiscent of a serene lake at dusk. Perfect beach to relax.
A contract will be made with a recognized firm. A deposit check will not be deposited and will be returned within 7 days of inspection.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Efetuamos a locação a 4 meses atrás e juntamos a família para curtir um final de semana daqueles na praia que amamos..a Cigarra. Chegamos e fomos surpreendidos com a localização da casa, muito próximo da praia, além de aconchegante e acomodou bem nossa família...Estávamos em 8 adultos e 4 crianças, todos adoraram. Esperamos voltar em breve... Desde já meu muito obrigado ao locatário João e a todos que prestaram serviço lá.

Casa Encantadora, Praia Maravilhosa

As fotos podem descrever bem o local em imagens, mas não podem adiantar as sensações como a agradável temperatura dos quartos (especialmente quando o ar está ligado). Tampouco descrevem os cheiro de limpeza ao adentrar a casa pela primeira vez. Ou a simpatia e solicitude do proprietário. Para estas coisas existem os comentários, por isso escrevo este. Em tudo nossa viagem foi perfeita. A casa surpreendeu mesmo aqueles que tinham visto as fotos. Todos os eletrodomésticos (fogão, geladeira, freezer, maquina de lavar roupas, etc) funcionavam bem, incluindo o ar condicionado dos quartos. A TV tem uma variedade enorme de canais, não testei, mas arrisco dizer que tem todos. Internet muito rápida (se precisar trabalhar de lá, é uma excelente opção). A piscina tem um bom tamanho para a quantidade de hospedes que a casa suporta. Viajamos com 3 crianças e 1 bebê e todos amaram. A praia quase sem ondas é excelente para crianças e adultos. Fiquei impressionado com a quantidade de banhistas que permanecem no mar mesmo depois do anoitecer. Talvez seja a temperatura da água. Embora não seja "pé na areia" a casa fica tão perto do mar que íamos e voltávamos varias vezes ao dia, a pé, sem medo de ter esquecido algo e ter que voltar para buscar. Parabéns ao proprietário pelo excelente trato.

Casa muito boa!

A casa conta com Wi-Fi, todos os utensílios excelentes, um freezer em perfeito estado e pra minha família fez toda a diferença, levamos muita comida congelada. Máquina de lavar roupa, louça excelentes. A cozinha completíssima, fizemos vários bolos e outros pratos. A piscina uma delicia, sempre limpa e muito próximo da praia que tb é maravilhosa. João sempre atencioso e muito educado, até um ferro comprou para passarmos as fraldinhas do meu bebê. A casa conta com uma sala bem Aconchegante. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!

Praia ótima, mas a administração do imóvel deixou a desejar.

A praia é ótima, o imóvel é bom, mas ficamos com uma geladeira pequena pois a outra estava queimada, várias lâmpadas queimadas, e um ar condicionado com o filtro entupido, e também, não pode um inquilino sair às 13 H no mesmo dia que o outro vai entrar, sem tempo para a limpeza do imóvel, e limpeza da piscina, não houve assistência do proprietário quanto a manutenção.

Excelente localização!!

A casa é muito próximo da praia e de fácil acesso, porém necessita de alguns reparos básicos (banheiro externo, armários e torneira do tanque). Atendeu ao esperado, check In e check out foram tranquilos. A praia das cigarras é muito limpa, possui sombras e as ondas são fracas (ideal para crianças), as pessoas que oferecem serviços nela são muito prestativos.

La casa está a una cuadra de la playa, es muy cómoda y tiene prácticamente todo lo q uno necesita. Solo sugeriría agregar unas roperitos en dos de las habitaciones porque no tienen donde guardar la ropa. Todo lo demás, espectacular! Gracias Joao!

Muito bom

A casa é muito boa, arejada, o lugar realmente tranquilo e seguro, adorei passar uns dias com minha família nesta casa, as crianças se divertiram muito tanto na praia que é na rua debaixo quanto na piscina da casa. É realmente perfeito, porém a casa só precisa de um pouco de manutenção, fora isto amamos e voltaríamos passar uns dias nesta casa. A caseira também foi muito prestativa e atenciosa, tudo que precisamos ela prontamente nos atendeu.
