Eu quase não quero deixar um comentário bom para este hotel porque eu adoro ele muito e não quero que meu lugar não fique disponível. Meu marido e eu voltamos a este hotel desde que o descobrimos durante a covid em 2019. O lugar é o nosso `happy place`. O ambiente é muito tranquilo. O restaurante tem comida ótima e o chef é muito simpática. Agora oferece aulas de ioga todas as manhãs e serviço de massagens. Não há razão para sair! No entanto, a área tem ótimas trilhas para caminhadas e Camburi conta com excelentes restaurantes.

I booked through Orbitz and they had pictures of nice bathrooms and rooms, but the room we got was dark, super basic and the bathroom was tiny. My wife refused to stay there. Luckily they were able to upgrade us to a better room for $US160 for 2 nights to a very nice room. Still the shower was a mess, couldn’t figure out how to make it the right temp, had a weird setup. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, but there are many mosquitoes, so be ready to wear repelent at all times. The pool was pretty nice and the staff super nice

Passei 3 noites com minha namorada no chalê com a piscina. Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo e bem cuidado. A mata em volta do hotel é super gostosa e os sons dos animais a noite é encantador. A equipe que nos recebeu é muito boa. Mas um bom treinamento faria deles espetaculares! Voltaremos em breve. :)

A charming boutique inn nestled inside the tropical Atlantic jungle preserve of Cambury. A tranquil breakfast in an open air sanctuary restaurant admiring colorful birds and the surrounding greenery was truly a memorable way to begin the day. Nearby beaches are as beautiful as the Brazillian people themselves. And emblematic of the Brazillian joie de vivre, staff are warm, happy, and professional. Would certainly return with my family to this special inn.

We had a wonderful experience during our family vacation. It felt that we were completely immerse in the beautiful mata atlantica. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. As a coffee drinker, it would be great to have a coffee machine in the room, as well as a hair dryer. The breakfast was good but we missed a full continental breakfast. Having said all that we really enjoyed the place and we highly recommend it.

Nature all around!

We liked our stay in the middle of the nature. There are a lot of moskitos in São Sebastião, but the hotel windows have grids that avoid they entering the rooms! Very good! The street after exiting the road have a lot o holes, so you have to drive slowly to reach the hotel. Good breakfast and wonderful people working at Manakás!

Very nice decorate with lovely garden

We stay in superior room with balcony, bathroom is quite small. We have dinner which is good and reasonable price but service is slow, starter wait 15-20 min and main same again. Their garden and area are beautiful. You can hear next room easily.

Me hospedei no Reserva Camburi durante minhas férias e, apesar de alguns pontos positivos, a experiência ficou bem abaixo do esperado — especialmente considerando o valor das diárias. Pontos positivos: O quarto é exatamente como mostrado no site: espaçoso, bem decorado e com uma infraestrutura excelente. Há, porém, pequenas manutenções necessárias (como o dispenser de sabonete e a torneira da banheira), mas nada que comprometa totalmente a estadia. No geral, a suíte entrega o que promete em termos de conforto. Pontos negativos (e que realmente impactaram): O grande problema foi o café da manhã e o atendimento. Os alimentos não eram frescos. Não havia itens básicos, como pão francês, manteiga ou qualquer tipo de frios. Para ter opções como misto quente, tapioca ou ovos, era preciso pedir na cozinha — e ainda assim havia limitação de 1 unidade por pessoa, algo completamente inadequado para o padrão e o preço do hotel. Em um dos dias, o hotel simplesmente não montou o café da manhã, alegando baixa ocupação. Além disso, apesar de o site sugerir restaurante disponível ao hóspede, não havia restaurante funcionando. Esses pontos tornam a experiência frustrante. A estrutura da suíte é realmente muito boa, mas o serviço não acompanha. Pelo preço cobrado, o mínimo seria um café da manhã decente e atendimento compatível com a proposta do hotel. Não voltaria e não recomendaria até que melhorem a qualidade do serviço e restabeleçam o que é prometido na reserva.

O hotel é bom. Limpeza impecável nos quartos. Todsvia, o café da manhã é muito restrito em termos de opções, o que não parece razoável diante do preço das diarias. Faltavam pratos e xícaras. Não havia reposição de frutas. Ovos mexidos, tapioca ou panquecas eram cobrados à parte. O bistrô estava pouco frequentado. O preço das refeições desestimulava o consumo no hotel. Toalhas são repostas mediante pagamento. O jardim é bonito, mas mostrava sinais de falta de cuidado. Ao lado do bistrô, por exemplo, havia um canteiro ondulado e muito bem construído, mas estava cheio de ervas daninhas. Nenhuma flor ou planta ornamental estava nele. Há sossego e natureza em abundância e o local tem grande potencial, mas falta administrar para reter o hóspede, inclusive com a possibilidade de atividades com preços acessiveis. A massagem, por exemplo, custava em torno de 250.00.

Maravilhoso

O atendimento do hotel é excepcional, a limpeza, a infraestrutura. Check in e check out super práticos e modernos. Só não foi perfeito pq o restaurante tem preços bem salgados, então preferimos ir fazer as refeições no centro. É longe da praia e não dá para fazer as coisas sem carro. Mas a minha proposta de viagem era justamente o sossego
