The house is fully furnished, air-conditioned in all environments, fans, wireless connection, SKY HD 140 channels, 3 60 "and 49" and 43 "TVs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker , minigril, washer and dryer.
The house is the first left side, closer to the beach and two dorms have small partial sea views.
The condominium has lighted tennis court, deck with kiosk and garden facing the sea, shower, barbecue, heated pool, beach service with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, coffee table, ice machine, dry and wet sauna, fitness, party hall and games, 2 water captures, concierge and security cameras.
It is necessary to send a deposit check (or security deposit), in the amount of R $ 4,000, issued by the guest that is being made the reservation.
The lease accompanies the hiring of the fixed maid of the house for the additional amount of R $ 140 / day, maximum 5 days a week, which must be paid directly to the employee.

Family vacation

This is the best property to rent. We were so close to the beach and the staff are so friendly and helpful!! The beach was amazing and the playground for the little ones was awesome! The location is great you are walking distance to great restaurants! The house came with a housekeeper who was the most amazing cook and so friendly!! We will be coming back!!

O imóvel está muito bem localizado, limpeza excelente e comunicação com a administradora super ágil. Tenho apenas duas observações: no contrato constou que a casa possuía edredons e não possui. Com o tempo ruim e chuva, fez falta. O outro ponto é a obrigatoriedade de contratar diarista indicada pelo proprietário. No caso do meu grupo, a diarista praticamente não teve serviço, pois passamos o dia todo fora.

Passamos Natal em Juquehy. Fuimos em duas famílias e a casa foi muito funcional. O condomínio está perfeitamente ubicado na frente do mar com um deck de apoio sensacional. A Lia que ajudava com a casa foi sensacional, muito atenciosa e sempre disponível. Casa e condomínio mega recomendáveis.
