House with excellent location in a charming and quiet neighborhood, with only houses of good standard and near the mountains.
The neighborhood has squares with many green areas, a playground for children, benches and concrete chess tables.
The house has a nice pool with steps and attached toilet, barbecue, sunbathing area, garage for 6 cars (and it is still possible to park on the street in front of the house, as it is very quiet and safe).
It has all appliances for guests' convenience, such as 2 refrigerators, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs in the living room and suite, cable TV connection.

Casa linda e confortável
Nossa experiência foi ótima. A casa conta com uma estrutura muito confortável e área de lazer excelente. A Dirce foi atenciosa desde o início pra esclarecer todas as dúvidas. O bairro é bonito, seguro, ótimo para passear com crianças e pets. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.
